The nine Justices are out for summer break and will not hold any conferences until October, and yet the Clerk of the U.S. Supreme Court decided today that my brother Loy's case was to be denied of a hearing. Now this is interesting. No conference, no distribution to the Justices and yet while the Presidential appointed Judges are out on vacation, little ole Scott Harris, with a few clicks of the keyboard made a judgment call that pretty much eliminated the U.S. Supreme Court. Well, heck! If Scott can do this, then by all means let the Presidential appointed nine Justices extend their vacations indefinitely! Why? We got Scott Harris who will take care of everything!

In the meanwhile, we've got some ideas of what to do and once again thank you for your wonderful support and for the letters that are being prepared to be sent to the 10th Circuit! Yes! Do we have the right to compel the judges with our letters to keep their oath of office? Heck yeah!

I have just been notified by the Court that Judge Howard C. Nielson has decided that he does not want to hear the case. It has taken a lot of work and perseverance up to this point but my brothers and I are committed to one thing. That the Oath of Office be binding. What does this mean? It means two things: that the oath will end with "under penalties of perjury", and that the one breaking it will be made to suffer the penalties by being removed from office. Why? Because the only instrument right now that protects our U.S. Constitution is the Oath of Office.

So now, with the help of my brother Deron, we will prepare the necessary documents for the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals, where the three judges will decide if the Federal Court Judge Howard C. Nielson should be compelled to hear the case. If they pass on it, I will appeal it to the U.S. Supreme Court, where the six Justices will decide if Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson should be removed from office.

All letters now will be directed to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. I want this case to be the biggest subject of conversation throughout that court like it was with the Utah Federal Court. Even the security guard while smiling at me said "Oh, you're the one we've been seeing all those thousands of letters about!"

  We were told that the U.S. Supreme Court is going to be scheduling a conference for October where the Supremes will meet and make a second consideration for a possible hearing on his case. Your prayers and support are much appreciated!

It is now up to the Chief Judge Howard C. Nielson to decide if this case will move forward under his jurisdiction, or pass on it. He has not made a decision as of yet. If he passes, then my brother Deron and I will prepare it for the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals where there will be three judges that will make a decision. If the three circuit court judges are wise enough to see the importance of this, then they will (by order of their court) compel my Federal Judge Nielson to hear and judge the case, giving me an opportunity to go to Washington D.C. and put the three Justices (Sotomayor, Kagan, and Jackson) on the stand. Yesterday Loy's 2nd Petition for a hearing was accepted by the U.S. Supreme Court and put on the docket (their schedule). They will soon set a new conference date for reconsideration. We have worked hard on this petition and once again are counting on your prayers! If our brother Loy gets a hearing it will only mean that your prayers and support made the difference. I believe in miracles and I believe that many of them come from prayer.

I've been on the phone with my brothers this morning. Our brother Loy's Supreme Court case was denied and we are now in the planning stage of creating another petition for a rehearing. It's been a long and passionate journey and I have learned that there are so many of us out there that would do anything for the cause of freedom and the power behind a binding oath of office. Right now my case against the three US Supreme Court Justices is still alive and we are waiting for a decision from my Trump appointed judge to see where that will go.   As of June 5, 2023 my Federal Court Judge has received 8,337 letters (thank you for your awesome support!!) from people all over the country telling him to allow Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and Ketanji Brown Jackson to explain, in my lawsuit against them, as to why it was so important that they supported enemies of the Constitution by voting against hearing my case against Joe Biden, Kamala Harris and over 300 members of congress by voting against investigating the allegations that there was interference with the 2020 Presidential Election. Any day now Judge Jared C. Bennett, will be making that decision. Will he honor his Oath of Office by allowing this case to go forward or will I be compelled to appeal it to the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals? We shall see.

• Loy Brunson's Case:
  The Supreme Court has set a conference date (not a hearing date) but a date for them to discuss the case and vote if it is worthy for an official hearing. In order to have your case be heard by the US Supreme Court you have to get permission from them. You have to file what is called a "petition for writ of certiorari" where the Supremes will decide if they want to hear it or not. This conference date is set for June 22!!!

The soul purpose of my lawsuit against the 3 Supremes is to have either my case, or my brother Loy's case heard. We want a hearing!!!

As of May 19th my federal court judge has received 4,727 letters from people all over this country telling him to allow my lawsuit against Sonia, Elena, and Ketanji to move forward! Thank you for your most awesome support on this! There is no power in this country greater than a court decision. President's have been stopped by court orders. State legislative decisions have been upstaged from court orders. Each and every day court decisions have stopped even the laws that congress has passed.

In the meanwhile my brother Loy's case #22-1028 is on the US Supreme Court waiting for the Solicitor General to respond. She has until May 24th, otherwise it will go to conference where the Justices will vote for a hearing.

Our brother Loy's Petition made it to the US Supreme Court Docket! #22-1028 Yay!

We bypassed the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals using the Rule 11 (national emergency rule) and the US Supreme Court accepted it. We are now waiting for the Solicitor General to respond.
*Update on Plan E:
As a result of the Court Order which was issued by my Federal Court Judge to the three Justices (that if they don't respond to my lawsuit against them, they would be removed from office) they lawyered up, complied with the order and filed a motion asking the judge to not let my case go forward on grounds that they are just too important to be sued, that they should be immune to such things, and that (in so many words) are above the Law. Well, this gives us the opportunity to file an opposition to this motion, and oppose it we will! They are submitting to the decision of my judge, which they can appeal all the way up to the US Supreme Court! What do I say about this? Ha ha, bring it on baby!
