You’re winning in life.

Your attention will never be enough for her.

Meditation is the "reset to factory settings" of your system.

Meditate for long enough and you'll discover what your true essence is and your purpose on earth.

Growth require us to leave something behind.

And this is why making space for grief in the midst of growth is important.

You will mourn your former life to make space for a newer you.
