Recently I was connected with a prominent crypto investor out of Singapore.

I showed this investor our project and our technology, and he expressed interest in acquiring the code and servers from us, along with the website and brand.

He took us through the due-diligence process which involved his engineers, lawers, and accounts, auditing the code, legal structure of our corp and our financial books.

This was an intense process that occupied all of my time, hence my absence from this project.

But at this point, I would like to announce that we have been acquired !! The new owners have not yet stepped into the operations side of things, but we suspect a lot of changes coming up in the next little while.

Our journey is all about control over Ai and bringing deep-fake rendering to the masses. First we started with static images, then we developed the support for videos and even text to video deep-fakes.

This next release, in partnership with NFTAi, is all about ownership and empowerment.

We want our users to be able to create and then keep their creations as their own. If you want to sell your minted renders after, we encourage that too.

By giving our users control over Ai and ownership over the output, we hope to facilitate a deep-fake ecosystem that is limited only by our creativity.

We have been very busy the last month and are excited to finally bring our efforts into the spotlight.

As you are aware, our mission has always been to bring unregulated Ai to the masses and give humans control over Ai.

While working on v4 we noticed something special happening within our community. Users were starting to use the bot in ways that we never even imagined.

It was at this point, that a small group of community members approached us with the idea to mint these creations as NFTs.
