The seller referred to my statement as a “claim,” like she’s being skeptical???I suspect she hasn’t shipped my item, as she mentioned needing to check before responding and has ignored my questions about the missing Sonny Angel Hipper. Instead, she only requested my PayNow number for a refund. If she’s so skeptical, why would she process a refund without any proof that I didn’t receive the item, especially since I’m her first time buyer? I will not be purchasing from her again.

Guys sorry quick rant.. I ordered a Sonny Angel Dreaming Hipper and a Looking Back Hipper, specifically a Dreaming Mouse and a Looking Back Bulldog. Unfortunately, when my order arrived, the Dreaming Mouse was missing. I immediately reached out to the seller to inquire about my missing item. However, despite multiple messages, my questions were ignored. Instead of addressing my concerns directly, the seller only asked for my phone number to process a refund.

And this experience was extremely frustrating. I wasn’t just looking for a refund?? I wanted to understand what happened to my missing item and if there was a way to resolve the issue by receiving what I originally ordered. The lack of communication and the seller’s unwillingness to provide a clear explanation actually pissed me off.
