The Israeli Legal Team stated that, as a matter of fact, Egypt has full control of the border and that Israel is not responsible for anything going in or out of the strip.

I find it funny that alot of people are taking the words of the same people who are supporting and legalizing the genocide in Gaza as fact when it comes to Egypt - but about anything else? just a bunch of liars - double standards and hypocrisy of man, I suppose.

Under several UN resolutions dating back from 1967, Israel is an occupying authority that is responsible for the West Bank and Gaza Strip, Israel has, in the beginning, refused to allow the entrance of any aid to Gaza, with Ben Gvir infamously stating that "we can not allow the entrance of fuel and medicine into the Gaza Strip" in the second week of the war - if Egypt was 100% responsible for the border crossings, why would Gvir declare that it was in the ability of Israel to allow or disallow the entrance of aid?

Come on, Mr.Lawyer, Sky News itself just published a report quite literally yesterday that Israel have put severe blockages and measures against humanitarian aid that is sent towards Gaza - quoting the UN itself!

At least lie straight - the Palestinian Border Agency (under the control of Hamas), Egypt, and the U.N, have already debunked this claim.
