Good night everyone!
It's just after 10pm here.

I've been very sleep deprived for a long time (any Mother will be able to commiserate), but it's been worse lately with broken sleep from blue light disruption at night (phone) - AND my puppy who loves to sleep on my head!

I have learned that in order to get to bed early over time, you have to force yourself to wake up early every single day no matter what, after a couple of weeks, you will naturally go to bed early.

I love waking up at sunrise to watch the sun come up and be alone with my thoughts in prayer and contemplation, but lately, I've been so disrupted in sleep that my best sleep has been after 3am most days!!

So tonight I go to bed early, and I start a new routine. Switching off my phone at a certain time is a great part of that. ❤️

When I perfect this routine, I'll write it all down to share with you all!
