🚨 Important Announcement: Project Direction Change 🚨

Dear contributors and community members,

After careful consideration, we have decided to focus our efforts on what lies at the heart of our vision: artificial intelligence 🧠 and cybersecurity 🔒. These strategic fields represent the current and future needs, and we firmly believe our expertise can make a significant impact there.

As a result, we have made the decision to discontinue our blockchain and cryptocurrency project, including the IWT token. Unfortunately, this part of the project did not meet the expected success, even during the presale, where our team had to buy back more than half of the tokens.

👉 Context of the situation:
After the liquidity pool was created, almost no external buyers purchased the IWT token. The only significant transactions were made by us, the project team, to prevent the price from dropping too low. Additionally, many individuals who received free tokens from giveaways quickly sold them, causing a continuous and significant decline in the token's price.

However, it is possible that one or two external transactions occurred. If any users can prove their purchase via the blockchain (providing the date, transaction details, and other specifics), we will refund them at the rate at which they purchased the IWT tokens.

This is why we have decided to refund the presale contributors, while also reviewing any valid proof of purchase that may be presented. Our priority remains to close this chapter in a responsible and transparent manner.

👉 Important regarding tokens and liquidity:
We have transferred all IWT tokens to the address that created the presale. We will withdraw all the BNB funds from the liquidity pool. As a result, there will no longer be any liquidity available for trading or selling IWT tokens. This means that if the token price experiences strong fluctuations, it will be purely theoretical, as transactions will not be possible due to the lack of liquidity.

👉 Refunds:
To ensure a fair and equitable transition, we will fully refund all presale contributors. 💸 Refunds will be processed by December 8, 2024, within 48 hours. 🕒 We kindly ask for your patience during this time. No claims will be handled before this date, as we are fully focused on processing refunds.

👉 Claim Procedure:
If, after December 7, you have not received your refund, you may submit a claim via the Contact section on our website. No requests will be processed via Twitter or Telegram.

👉 Post-Refund Communication:
Once all contributors have been refunded, we will re-announce publicly our decision to focus exclusively on artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, while moving away from the blockchain and cryptocurrency aspects. This second announcement will confirm the end of the IWT project and further emphasize our commitment to this new strategic direction.

Après une réflexion approfondie, nous avons décidé de recentrer nos efforts sur ce qui représente le cœur de notre vision : l'intelligence artificielle 🧠 et la cybersécurité 🔒. Ces domaines stratégiques sont au centre des besoins actuels et futurs, et nous croyons fermement que notre expertise peut y avoir un impact significatif.

En conséquence, nous avons pris la décision de mettre fin à notre projet lié à la blockchain et à la crypto-monnaie, notamment le jeton IWT. Malheureusement, ce volet n’a pas rencontré le succès escompté, même lors de la prévente, où notre équipe a dû racheter plus de la moitié des jetons.

👉 Contexte de la situation :
Après la création du pool, quasiment aucune personne externe n’a acheté le jeton IWT. Les seules transactions significatives ont été réalisées par nous, l’équipe du projet, pour éviter que le prix ne chute drastiquement. Par ailleurs, beaucoup de personnes à qui nous avions offert des jetons gratuitement (dans le cadre de giveaways) les ont rapidement revendus, ce qui a entraîné une baisse continue et inexorable du prix du jeton.

Il est toutefois possible qu’une ou deux transactions externes aient eu lieu. Si certains utilisateurs peuvent prouver leur achat via la blockchain (en fournissant la date, la transaction, et d’autres détails), nous les rembourserons au taux auquel ils ont acheté les jetons IWT.

C’est pourquoi nous avons décidé de rembourser les contributeurs de la prévente, tout en examinant toute preuve d’achat valable qui pourrait être présentée. Notre priorité reste de clore ce chapitre de manière responsable et transparente.

👉 Important concernant les jetons et la liquidité :
Nous avons transféré tous les jetons IWT vers l'adresse ayant créé la prévente. Nous allons retirer l’intégralité des fonds BNB du pool de liquidité. Par conséquent, il n’y aura plus de liquidité disponible pour échanger ou vendre les jetons IWT. Cela signifie que si le prix des jetons subit de fortes variations, cela sera purement théorique, car il ne sera pas possible d’effectuer des transactions en raison de l’absence de liquidité.

👉 Remboursements :
Pour garantir une transition juste et équitable, nous rembourserons intégralement tous les contributeurs de la prévente. 💸 Les remboursements seront effectués d’ici le 8 décembre 2024, soit dans 48 heures. 🕒 Nous vous remercions de patienter durant ce délai. Aucune réclamation ne sera traitée avant cette date, car nous nous concentrons entièrement sur le traitement des remboursements.

👉 Procédure de réclamation :
Si, après le 7 décembre, vous n’avez pas reçu votre remboursement, vous pourrez déposer une réclamation via la rubrique Contacts sur notre site internet. Aucune demande ne sera traitée sur Twitter ou Telegram.

👉 Communication après les remboursements :
Une fois que tous les contributeurs auront été remboursés, nous allons ré-annoncer publiquement notre décision de nous concentrer exclusivement sur l’intelligence artificielle et la cybersécurité, tout en mettant de côté la partie blockchain et crypto-monnaie. Cette communication permettra de confirmer officiellement la fin du projet IWT et de renforcer notre engagement envers cette nouvelle orientation stratégique.
