Nice criminal drama with Alain Delon. The plot has some mistakes - characters are not perfect. Delon brings in European charm of true noir movie here.

A former thief is trying to lead a normal life. He has a beautiful wife and a kid. But his brother makes him to join a gangster band to rob a company. And there is a cop whose main goal is to put Delon’s character into jail.

Spoiler! All bad guys die in the end.

When my wife says, no more war films, I get war melodramas ;)

Although this movie is based on real WWII operation the story is much fictionalized. And they have got Sophia Loren for minor role and with the first position in the titles, just for better box office.

The story is about real Operation Crossbow when British spies destroyed new German weapon. All the characters gone dead in the end of course. But this is not sad drama but quite optimistic adventures.

Nice Hitchcockian thriller with Gregory Peck. And it is a little bit similar to Fincher’s The Game.

A man is finding out that everything he knows is fake. He thinks that he is insane. But some people want to kill him and they kill everyone who can help him.

The movie is shot greatly but there are some issues with the plot.
