These advancements have had a particularly powerful impact on gaming, with character NFTs becoming game-changers in successful titles like WEMADE’s "MIR4" and "NIGHT CROWS."

While NFTs have become an integral part of blockchain games, converting your character into an NFT has posed some inconvenience, as it meant you could no longer play with that character. To address this, we’ve introduced a new feature called NFT Offers, the world's first Web3 functionality ever to be used, allowing you to showcase your character NFTs to potential buyers without interrupting your gameplay.

"NIGHT CROWS" was the first game to implement the NFT Offers system, and with the August 27th update, players now receive in-game notifications whenever an offer is made for their character. This ensures a smoother and more dynamic experience for players, while also accelerating economic circulation within the WEMIX PLAY ecosystem.

For Owners
By activating the "NFT Offer Permitting" feature, you can receive offers on your character NFTs through the WEMIX PLAY Marketplace without having to seal them. Even if a deal doesn’t go through, your character’s growth remains unaffected, allowing you to potentially receive better offers as your character progresses in-game.

Here’s how to set up your character to receive NFT offers :
1) Log in to WEMIX PLAY.
2) Navigate to NFT > My NFT > Owned NFT.
3) Enable “NFT Offer Permitting”.
4) Set the offer permitting period and the minimum offer amount, then register for sale.
* Please note that gas fees may apply when making NFT purchase offers.
For Offerers
Offerers can explore the "Open for Offers" section in the marketplace to find character NFTs available for offers. The process is simple and hassle-free, and with the option to cancel offers, offerers can place multiple bids to secure their desired NFTs.

Here’s how to make an NFT offer :
1) Log in to WEMIX PLAY.
2) Navigate to the NIGHT CROWS Character NFT section.
3) Select Open for Offers.
4) Click on the desired NFT, set your offer price, and place your bid.

• Swap Utilization
   > Previously deposited assets remain usable through Swap, despite the discontinuation in liquidity provisions.

[WEMIX$ Adjustment]• oUSDC Master Liquidity Pool (MLP) Deactivation
   > Following the resumption of the Orbit Bridge service, the oUSDC-WEMIX$ MLP has been deactivated to prevent the impact of oUSDC volatility. Consequently, swap transactions and DIOS operations through this pool have been suspended.
• New MLP Implementation
   > The foundation is committed to enhancing the stability of the WEMIX$ service and is actively preparing to implement a new MLP. Discussions are underway, and further details will be shared in upcoming announcements. In the interim, the mUSDC DIOS will remain active.

[WEMAX Launch]WEMAX, a decentralized finance (DeFi) service operated by OnchainLabs Co., Ltd., now handles certain services formerly provided by WEMIX.Fi. PLAY Wallet Region Restriction

The WEMIX PLAY team is striving to comply with country-specific policies.

In this regard, an update restricting the use of the PLAY Wallet service within South Korea will be implemented. Users of the service are advised to take note of this to ensure no inconvenience occurs in usage.

[Update Details]
1. (Korea) PLAY Wallet blocks access from South Korean IP addresses.
2. (Korea) Korean language support is excluded from the PLAY Wallet service.
3. (Common) Supports storing private keys on personal devices and asset transfer via private key.

[Update Schedule]
• June 25th, 2024 (GMT+9)
However, even for South Korean IP addresses, limited access for external asset transfers (withdrawals) of specific holdings will be supported for a period of three months from the date of the update (June 25, 2024 to September 25, 2024).
Schedule may be subject to change according to internal circumstances.

1. The list of digital assets that support external transfers (asset withdrawals) for three months after the update (hereinafter referred to as "withdrawal-supported assets") is as follows :
• WEMIX, WEMIX$, REFLECT, CROW, MORION, PAPYRUS, GEAR, TEAR, PROMOTE, FEATHER, una WEMIX, WOT, GATOR, DSB, CAPTO, ORANGE, BYLO, SUMMON, NCC, WCD, VEL, Soul, XQG, TTS, MET, Valkyreum, MYRTLE, etc.

1. Users in South Korea who hold digital assets other than the withdrawal-supported assets must exchange them for the above-mentioned withdrawal-supported assets before access from South Korean IP addresses is blocked.

2. Transaction fees may apply when exchanging digital assets and transferring them externally (asset withdrawal). Please check and prepare for the transaction fees in advance before access from South Korean IP addresses is blocked.

3. Please note that MIR4 NFTs, which have been restricted from transfer within South Korea since before this update, are also excluded from the withdrawal-supported assets.

4. Even after the update, only access to the PLAY Wallet will be blocked for users in South Korea; the digital assets will remain stored in the wallet, and the company cannot access or dispose of the users' assets.

5. Please be cautious of potential misdirected deposits when transferring assets, as you are solely responsible for all transfers.

6. The user agreement between the company and users in South Korea will not be automatically terminated after the update. If you wish to terminate your user agreement for the PLAY Wallet service, please apply for PLAY Wallet termination in accordance with the terms of service.

7. Private Key Provision
   • You are responsible for managing your private key and password. Even after downloading the private key to your personal device, signatures are operated using the password, so please pay special attention to your password security.
