السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته،

I kindly ask for your duʿāʾ for me in my absence, as the duʿāʾ of a Muslim for his brother in his absence is answered.

The Prophet ﷺ said : “The supplication of a Muslim for his brother in his absence will be answered. At his head, there is an angel appointed; every time he prays for his brother’s good, the appointed angel says: ‘ ʾĀmīn, and for you the same ’. ”

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله تعالى said:

“The martyr feels no more pain than one would feel from a pinch. Therefore, the death of the martyr is not a calamity greater than what is usual for the children of Adam. Whoever considers the calamity of this death to be greater than the calamity of dying in bed is ignorant. In fact, the death of the martyr is among the easiest, best, and highest forms of death.”

Sulayman al-'Alwan فك الله اسره said,
The narrations concerning the virtue of ash-Sham are connected with the land and the people, but the narrations concerning Makkah and Madinah are connected to the land and not its people.

Muḥammad ibn Ibrahim رحمه الله said,
Perhaps you would say:
If someone who rules by man-made laws says, “I believe that it is falsehood”.
This has no effect, rather it is an isolation of the Sharī’ah. It’s as if someone said, “I worship idols and I believe they are falsehood.”
If he is able to immigrate from a country where man-made laws are in place, he must do so.
