You don't have time to judge others when you are busy fixing your own flaws
You don't have time to get angry at strangers when you are busy investing in your own future
You don't have time to feel anxious when you are busy becoming a resilient, smarter, mentally stronger person

Sleep is more important than food.
You can go a week without eating & the only thing you’ll lose is weight.
Give up sleep for a couple of days & you become the worst version of yourself.

For a quick moment, imagine you were born in 1900. When you are 14, World War I starts, and ends on your 18th birthday with 22 million people killed. Later in the year, a Spanish Flu epidemic hits the planet and runs until you are 20. Fifty million people die from it in those two years. Yes, 50 million.
When you're 29, the Great Depression begins. Unemployment hits 25%, global GDP drops 27%. That runs until you are 33. The country nearly collapses along with the world economy. When you turn 39, World War II starts. You aren’t even over the hill yet.
When you're 41, the United States is fully pulled into WWII. Between your 39th and 45th birthday, 75 million people perish in the war and the Holocaust kills six million. At 52, the Korean War starts and five million perish.
At 64 the Vietnam War begins, and it doesn’t end for many years. Four million people die in that conflict. Approaching your 62nd birthday you have the Cuban Missile Crisis, a tipping point in the Cold War. Life on our planet, as we know it, could well have ended. Great leaders prevented that from happening.
As you turn 75, the Vietnam War finally ends. Think of everyone on the planet born in 1900. How do you survive all of that? A child in 1985 didn’t think their 85 year old grandparent understood how hard school was. Yet those grandparents survived through everything listed above.
Perspective is an amazing thing. With so much happening right now and as 2023 ends, let's try to keep things in perspective, knowing that we will get through all of this. In the history of the world, there has never been a storm that lasted forever. This too shall pass.

Observing Elon Musk's relentless pursuit of innovation has been a revelation for me. His journey isn't just a series of achievements; it's a powerful narrative of resilience and vision. Musk's endeavors, from revolutionizing electric cars with Tesla to pioneering space exploration with SpaceX, underscore his commitment to advancing humanity.
His resilience in the face of challenges is equally inspiring. He has encountered criticism and setbacks but remains undeterred, driven by a belief in a better future. This has led me to a crucial realization: our potential to effect change and leave a lasting impact on the world is immense.
Musk's journey has inspired me to pursue a life of purpose and significance, not just for personal success but for the betterment of humanity. It's a reminder that we all can be architects of the future, envisioning and working towards a world better than the one we know.
Let Musk's journey ignite your own drive to push boundaries and strive for a legacy that resonates beyond individual achievements. In doing so, we pave new paths, inspiring future generations by the trails we blaze.

Procrastination isn't a sign of laziness; it's often a response to fear or uncertainty. To overcome it, recognize the small steps you can take right now. Each small action is a victory against procrastination, guiding you closer to your goals. Remember, progress, not perfection, is the key.
Imagine you have a big project due in a week, and the thought of starting it feels overwhelming. Instead of tackling the whole project at once, break it down into smaller tasks. Start with something simple, like organizing your resources or outlining the first section. This small step is much less daunting, and once you've begun, the next steps often feel easier to handle. This approach turns a big challenge into manageable parts, making it easier to start and keep moving forward.
