What we currently know about the Comirnaty labeled vaccines out for distribution:

The DOD says they have a religious accommodation process, but in practice, it's simply "theater" when it comes to the COVID shots.

This is part of our argument in the brief we filed at the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals on behalf of two service members in Navy SEAL 1 v. Austin who were granted a preliminary injunction for being denied religious exemptions from the COVID shot mandate. The Department of Defense (DOD) appealed the injunction to the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

In addition to these two plaintiffs from the Navy and the Marines, Liberty Counsel continues to pursue class certification to protect all service members.
