Last week, we celebrated the release of the new documentary SOURCE â Itâs Within You. Today, weâre excited to share more proof of whatâs possible.
Dr Joe partnered with Dr Peta Stapleton at Australiaâs Bond University to study meditationâs effects on 900 primary school children over a 10-week period. This is the largest study on kids and meditation ever conducted.
Just five minutes of daily meditation showed:
âď¸ An increase in happiness and school performance with a decrease in emotional and behavioral difficulties for 4-8-year-olds.
âď¸ An increase in emotional awareness with a decrease in emotional and behavioral difficulties in 9-11-year-olds.
âď¸ Enhanced self-regulation in all children.
