What are the benefits to collectible (NFT) usernames?• Collectible usernames cannot be lost or banned, so you can be confident that you will always own them.
• They can be can be swapped between profiles, groups, and channels with ease and without risk of losing them. You can also assign multiple collectible usernames to a single profile or group/channel.

Does fragment take fees?• Yes, fragment takes 5 TON + 5% from the final sale price of each username.
• There is also a very small fee when listing & transferring NFT's.

Why can't I transfer channel ownership?• You must have 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) activated for at least 1 week before you are able to transfer ownership of a Telegram channel.
• The receiving account may not have space to hold another channel. Telegram allows you hold up to 10 channels by default, or 20 channels with Telegram Premium.

Will my username get claimed by another user?• Rare usernames are highly sought-after, so if you release your rare username, it's likely to be claimed by someone else. However, Telegram has a "Respool" feature to protect your username for up to 15 minutes after you change it. As long as you follow the steps above, your username will be safe.

Does it have to be "123" after my username?• No, that's just an example. You can change your username to anything as long as you follow the steps.
• Do not delete the channel in an attempt to reclaim the username. It will be released instantly instead of going into the respool, making it vulnerable to being claimed.

I have followed the steps, why can't I reclaim my username?• Changing your username frequently can result in your account being rate-limited, preventing you from changing or claiming usernames for a short time.
