Dear Exchange Officers and Exchange Enthusiasts around the world,

We hope that you are doing well. 

We are inviting you to participate in the Exchanges Week Campaign by sharing your testimony of your experience with IFMSA Exchanges. We truly appreciate your time and effort in this endeavor. 

We need your help sharing this initiative with your:
• Local Officers and National Teams
• SCOPE and SCORE Tutors
• Exchange Students
• Any of your colleagues that have experienced a SCOPE or SCORE Exchange!

You can share with us how your experience has been going on an exchange, your experience as Contact Person, as LEO/LORE/NEO/NORE/VPX, your experience as tutor within IFMSA Exchanges, anything you would like to share with us and it will be published in IFMSA Social Media!

Your unique experiences are invaluable in helping us showcase the profound impact of the IFMSA Exchange Programs (SCOPE and SCORE). 

What do you need to do?
• Record a video for yourself in portrait format (9:16) and leave some space up for the IFMSA logo.
• Video content: 
• Your name, country (NMO), and position.
• Briefly explain their experience with IFMSA Exchanges.
• Maximum duration of the video: 20-30 sec
• Please leave 5 seconds at the beginning and end before you start talking and after you finish to allow us to edit the videos when appropriate.
