5 minutes of lessons I learned in the last 2 cycles. (the hard way)

1. Don't fight the trend.
2. Risk hard close to the trend reversal.
3. Don't fomo in overextended legs.
4. Be greedy at big pullbacks.
5. Most should not touch leverage. You'll end up liquidated when you should increase spot positions.
6. Don't compare yourself to others on Twitter; you'll end up over-risking and pussing out with small losses.
7. Don't wait for the move to happen; plan ahead.
8. Twitter will be an emotional circus after big moves; plan ahead.
9. Assume any shill you'll see has an undisclosed aspect.
10. Don't blame anyone else than yourself.
11. Left curve things, don't overthink.
12. The simpler the idea, the better.
13. Every move will trigger another one; look for laggard plays.
14. The outperformers will continue outperforming; don't fall for cheap cash grabs. Often, it is better to stick to the trendsetters.
15. Narratives will appear in any ecosystem. For example, the ENS trend on ETH -> Minting cheap SOL domains last cycle.
16. Don't spread yourself too thin; accumulate solid projects and focus your time on where you think the biggest opportunity is right now.
17. Buy spot and chill.
18. Don't trust ANY links. Double-check even if your mate sends you one.
19. Focus on the longer-term trend; ignore short-term noise, lower time frame chop, and don't try to become rich tomorrow.
20. In bull, things go higher than everyone, including you, think. Don't paperhand early.
21. Pay yourself along the way. Don't try to sell it all at the top.
22. New coins > old coins.
23. New trends > old trends.
24. Make friends and add value to the table. Work together.
25. Every cycle, things get more challenging. Only some things will have an actual bull cycle. You'll need to put in much hard work and hours to sit in the right coins.
26. In every cycle, things move more to the on-chain.
27. Trying out things early is extremely rewarding in many ways.
28. Don't try to out-trade a bull market.
29. Never risk it all; opportunities are endless, but you can only blow up once.
30. Market structure is key.
31. Always ask yourself how early you are to something; where are you on the entry food chain?
32. Markets don't create wealth; they transfer it from the late to the early ones. ?
33. The markets are never wrong; you are.
34. Exchanges are not wallets.
35. Kill your bear PTSD, and you will be early; if you let the markets cure your PTSD, you'll be late.
