We've got a quail setup demonstration & informative talk with Robert Brite aka the "Quail Guy" (lol!) on the benefits of quail, permaculture in Texas 101 with Matt Powers, and we're planning to have a warm bowl of pho with duck meat, hard boiled quail eggs, and farm fresh toppings from the garden.
