Books with lesbian main characters

I guess it’s pride month so it’s fitting, I’m a lesbian woman 32 I’m having trouble finding books with lesbian characters that are not teens or about teen’s struggles I love that gay teens have this much media I wish I had it.

I like fiction but it’s not necessarily the only theme I read.

Story huger than the protagonist

Lol bad title.

I look for a book:
Where the story is not fully centered around the protagonist. Something slightly like Metro where the protagonist kinda accidentally gets an important task. Something where the protagonist isn't the "chosen one" from start.

Maybe something where he helps his home/settlement like stuff.

Do you know any of this?

You're favorite book by a russian writer?

Russia's literature has given us several classics. Dostoevsky, Tolstoi or Ivan Turgueniev are some examples. Some russian works have had great influence, for example "The Karamazov brothers" was considered by Freud "the most magnificent novel ever written", and even Einstein admired the novel. Do you enjoy russian literature? Do you consider it one of the world's best? What is your favorite russian novel?
I've read over 10 russian novels and I liked most of them, although russian literature is not my favourite. Dostoevsky is my favorite russian writer, and "Crime and Punishment" is my favorite book from him, it's a book I'd recomend to everyone. I've also read "War and Peace" and "Anna Karenina" by Tolstoi, both considered supreme achievments in world literature.

Suggest me a good detective series

Looking for a recommendation and I thought this community might be a good place to start. I’m looking for a new Detective novel… Preferably a series preferably modern times. I particularly enjoy series with recurring characters and world building. The more action, the better.

Suggest me a book to help a 12 year old girl deal with grief (non religous)

A good friend of mine passed recently leaving her 12 year old daughter. I believe she may not have the language or conceptual framework to deal with grief. Not much I can do as a friend that only sees the family on occasion. But a good book may be helpful. Any ideas of books that might help with this age range?
