✅It is quoted from Zaid Shaheam:
I said to Imam Kazim (A.S): My life for your sacrifice! Opponents (Sunnis) say: If Ali had a right, what to arrest him from getting his right?

🌹Imam Kazim (a.s) said: God has only obliged the Prophet (PBUH) to do so, which says:

فَقَاتِلْ فِي سَبِيلِ اللَّهِ لَا تُكَلَّفُ إِلَّا نَفْسَكَ... 4:84

✍[So fight (O Muhammad) in the way of Allah: you are responsible only for yourself.]

✅And God says to others (non -prophet):

إِلَّا مُتَحَرِّفًا لِقِتَالٍ أَوْ مُتَحَيِّزًا إِلَىٰ فِئَةٍ... 8:16

✍[Unless it is to give up to re -fight or join a collective].

Ali (a.s) did not find that community, and if the congregation was assisted, you would definitely fight.
Then he said: I wish Ja'far and Hamza were alive, only two people remained with me.

عَنْ زَیْدٍ الشَّحَّامِ قَالَ: قُلْتُ لِأَبِی الْحَسَنِ عَلَیْهِ السَّلَامُ:
جُعِلْتُ فِدَاکَ! إِنَّهُمْ یَقُولُونَ مَا مَنَعَ عَلِیّاً إِنْ کَانَ لَهُ حَقٌّ أَنْ یَقُومَ بِحَقِّهِ؟. فَقَالَ:
إِنَّ اللَّهَ لَمْ یُکَلِّفْ هَذَا أَحَداً إِلَّا نَبِیَّهُ عَلَیْهِ وَ آلِهِ السَّلَامُ، قَالَ لَهُ: فَقاتِلْ فِی سَبِیلِ اللَّهِ لا تُکَلَّفُ إِلَّا نَفْسَکَ [1]، وَ قَالَ لِغَیْرِهِ: إِلَّا مُتَحَرِّفاً لِقِتالٍ أَوْ مُتَحَیِّزاً إِلی فِئَةٍ [2] فَعَلِیٌّ لَمْ یَجِدْ فِئَةً، وَ لَوْ وَجَدَ فِئَةً لَقَاتَلَ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: لَوْ کَانَ جَعْفَرٌ وَ حَمْزَةُ حَیَّیْنِ، إِنَّمَا بَقِیَ رَجُلَانِ .

✅Zarrar said to Hisham bin Hakam: If Ali was the successor of the Prophet and Imam, then why didn't he call the people to be his Imamate and successor when the Messenger of God died?

🌟Hisham Ibn Hakam said: This was not obligatory, because the Prophet (PBUH) had declared him as his successor on the day of Ghadir and in the battle of Tabuk and other places and ordered the people to follow Ali after himself! And they did not accept.
And if this was permissible, then it was also permissible for Adam (pbuh) to invite Iblis to prostrate himself, after God invited him to do so.
Also, Ali was patient like the great prophets.

✅It is quoted from Jabir bin Abdullah and Abdullah bin Abbas:
In his will to Imam Ali (a.s), the Prophet (PBUH) said: O Ali! Quraysh will unite against you in the future and will be united in the oppression of you to defeating you in the future.
So if you find a helper, do jihad with them and if you do not find a helper, stop jihad and prevent your blood from shedding.
Because you have martyrdom. May God curse your killer.
