Thankyou all for your patience and understanding today. It goes without saying that this is a dark day for us.

We have identified how the exploit took place. We'll release more in the coming days but the short of it was a mix between gaining access to pool tokens, creating scam tokens of assets held in the pool and liquidity pools to go with them, injecting malicious paths to said pools into the contract and then using a $142M USD flash loan to execute. The important thing is we can close this vulnerability for Magnets now that we are aware of it.

The team and I will be working on an action plan over the Easter weekend. Whilst recovering the funds is ideal we will move forward under the assumption that they are not recoverable and work out a strategy to mitigate the losses incurred and determine how to proceed.

We ask for everyone's patience as we will need to consider all the available options in light of what has occurred.

Hi Everyone,
Be advised, we are currently investigating an exploit that has taken place in the pools. As it stands we know that Calisto Capital, Erics High Risk Degen Fund and Emilian (The Sect) pools have been drained.

We are still attempting to diagnose how the exploit occurred and will provide updates as we have the information. Once diagnosed we will determine a plan of action moving forward and inform the community of how we will proceed.

At this point we are advising users not to deposit into the pools and to instant withdraw any funds they have in the pools. Asset Managers are advised to migrate any open positions to WETH to minimise gas costs of withdrawals.

Order processing has been disabled on the dappside to prevent further loss. Users can still instant withdraw their funds.
