I would argue that Mathematics is fundamentally rooted in Intuition. Similarly, logicism, which posits that logic is the essence of mathematics, only partially captures the truth since mathematics involves more than just logic. Platonism, or mathematical realism, may seem compelling, but it carries a religious undertone and aligns with a particular worldview, making it scientifically unconvincing within the materialist axioms. What remains is intuitionism, which I believe accurately represents the essence of mathematics. Mathematics is fundamentally shaped by the intuition of mathematicians. For example, when we say 1+1=2, this statement reflects not just a logical principle but the mathematician's personal experience, their sense of numbers, their intuition about addition, and their choice of notation. The decision to represent 1+1 as 2 is influenced by subjective intuition and personal preference. This subjective element highlights why intuitionism resonates as a true representation of mathematics. When mathematicians prove a theorem, they are essentially reconstructing problems in novel ways based on their creative insights. So I would argue that it is not totally ridiculous to claim that Mathematics isn’t about discovering pre-existing mathematical truths or inherent logical structures. Instead, it’s a product of individual creativity and cognitive processes. The notion that math is a discovery because it represents universal truths is flawed. For instance, while the concept of "light" might be universally acknowledged, the mental image of light can vary greatly from person to person. Similarly, mathematical principles may be universally valid, but how they are perceived and understood can differ based on individual experiences and cultural contexts. Intuitionism and quasi-empiricism (which acknowledges that our understanding of math is influenced by empirical and experiential factors) are more accurate. Mathematics should be viewed as a human endeavor shaped by cultural, psychological, and political influences, rather than a detached, objective realm. Some argue that mathematics is an efficient language created by humans, but this view doesn’t fully capture the nature of mathematical knowledge. For example, understanding that the sum of a triangle's interior angles is 180 degrees isn’t merely a matter of language, but in fact, it’s a profound aspect of human cognition and understanding. So really, Mathematics should be regarded as a form of pure philosophy or metacognition, where language is part of situational understanding rather than the foundation of it.

The vision of the state as realized in the Constitution, which was referred to as the "basic blueprint for constructing a democratic state," turned out to be that of a "National Socialist State." This was quite unexpected and even refreshing... The term "National Socialism" seems more suited to the North Korean Constitution. It made me curious about what was going on in the minds of the drafters of the Constitution. Suddenly, "Nazism (Nationalsozialismus)" or "National Socialism" came to mind. However, since it would be illogical for a government established under the supervision of the United States and the United Nations, who had just defeated the Nazis a few years prior, to endorse Nazism, I couldn’t help but think that the term was used in a different sense. If so, what meaning did they intend?

"State Socialism." In the dictionary, this term is defined as "an ideology that denies class struggle and seeks to resolve the problems of capitalism through state intervention." In my view, this dictionary definition is exactly what was meant by "National Socialism" or "State Socialism" as mentioned in the . Traces of this concept can be found in various constitutional provisions and throughout the assembly records, particularly in Chapter 6, "Economy," of the draft Constitution.

"Article 83: The economic order of the Republic of Korea shall be based on the realization of social justice and the balanced development of the national economy, enabling all citizens to meet their basic needs. Each individual's economic freedom is guaranteed within these limits."

This provision is regarded as declaring the "principle of a socially controlled economy." However, this provision passed without any objections or even a vote; it was accepted as is. "(The basic intent of basic needs) is that the basic needs for a human being... eating and clothing are not sufficient to make us dignified humans. Furthermore, in addition to eating and clothing, a person should be able to enjoy at least the minimum level of culture, which is necessary to realize economic equality."

"In other words, it is social justice that ensures all citizens can meet their basic needs. While free competition is the principle, if some citizens are starving and unable to meet their basic needs, then economic freedom must be limited to that extent. Therefore, we can say that our Constitution is based on the principle of economic equality."

In this era, when people have to fight for survival on the streets, risking their lives, committing suicide, or becoming homeless, this provision, and the Constituent National Assembly that created and passed it without objection, fill me with a sense of reverence. On the other hand, I wonder how those who speak of "Founding Day" while labeling "the struggle for survival" as "communism" would react to this fact.

"We must, as state power, thoroughly pursue nationalism while avoiding both a communist system and unrestricted capitalism. In economic matters, we must move towards socialism. This, in other words, is National Socialism. (omitted) The Korean people are living amid the clash between communism and liberalism. The aim is not to validate the theory of colonial modernity solely based on rational or scientific grounds like the Marxists do. Rather, the focus is on how this theory can address and resolve national contradictions.

In theory, opposing Western imperialism with a nationalist approach to modernization might seem commendable. Such an understanding is crucial for achieving authentic self-directed modernization, which subsequently fosters the unity of the national community.

If there are no clear adversaries, if we fail to grasp the nature of our opponents, and if we remain ensnared by regressive institutions that hinder our inherent national identity, we risk falling into a form of anti-modernist traditionalism. This scenario can lead to a rejection of modernity in favor of an unthinking embrace of pre-modern or primitive ideologies, thus undermining the potential for genuine modern subjectivity and self-directed modernization.

The doctrine proclaimed as infallible carries the meaning of being a "credible doctrine," and within this credible doctrine, there is a crucial clause stating that one should not harbor doubts. As humans, we may naturally have reservations or doubts about certain phenomena. However, the Church's dogma treats such actions regarding "doctrine" as sinful, akin to blasphemy against the Holy Mother. Why is this so restrictive? Isn't it too confining for those who are not monks or priests? It might be tempting to question.
