?Lemon juice - 2 tbsp

?Grate the cucumber on a coarse grater and squeeze out the liquid
Grate garlic on a fine grater. Chop the herbs with a knife. Combine yogurt, garlic, cucumber, salt, herbs, lemon juice and olive oil.Can be served with meat, fish or as a cold appetizer.⠀

Mushroom and thyme pate ?

?Ingredients:

?Butter - 2 tbsp
?Olive oil - 1 tbsp
?Onion
?White wine - 100 ml.l
?Mushrooms - 400 gr
?Garlic, Thyme
?Nutmeg
?Black truffle juice
?Lemon juice, sea salt and freshly ground pepper
?Cream cheese - 100g

?‍?Preparation:

⏱️Heat butter + olive oil and add the onion and salt. Cover with a lid and cook, stirring occasionally. Increase the heat to high, add the mushrooms and cook for about 8 minutes until golden and tender. Add the garlic, thyme and nutmeg, cook for 30 seconds, then add the white wine, let it boil and cook until the mushrooms are glossy. Add lemon juice, black truffle sauce and season well.Transfer the mushrooms to a food processor and add the cream cheese. Blend until smooth.
