位于香港两台100G接入层交换机均受到这个问题影响，由于思科设备出厂缺陷导致内存质量不达标，从而出现无法纠正的错误导致设备重启。

在使用相同型号交换机的友商可以前往思科官网查询自己的批次是否受影响.
