✒️ Release of Sperm or Female Ejaculation after Ghusl

? "He says:
If a man makes Ghusl from Janābah and after Ghusl, Manī (sperm) exits from him. Should he repeat the Ghusl or do Istinjāʾ and Wuḍūʾ?"

?️ Shaykh ʾAbū ʿAbd al-Raḥmān Jumʿān Ibn Ramaḍān Laḥmar (حفظه الله ورعاه):
"What seems apparent is that if Manī exits from him, he repeats Ghusl. This is for the man. As for the woman; if male sperm exits her, then she doesn't repeat Ghusl, due to his ﷺ statement:

"إنَّما المَاءُ مِنَ المَاءِ"
"It is with the seminal emission that Ghusl becomes obligatory."

The Ḥadīth of Abī Saʿīd, reported by Muslim.

Yes, if she saw Māʾ; the intent here is emission, that the woman sexually emits ejaculation. If what exited is her ejaculation, then she repeats Ghusl. Similarly, if there is a man and his sperm exits, then he repeats Ghusl.

From the people of knowledge are those who said that Ghusl is not incumbent except if spurting occured (I.e the ejaculation came out in a spurting manner). The signs are that of exiting Manī.

{خُلِقَ مِن مَّآءٍۢ دَافِقٍۢ} {يَخْرُجُ مِنۢ بَيْنِ ٱلصُّلْبِ وَٱلتَّرَآئِبِ}
{He is created from a water gushing forth,} {Proceeding from between the backbone and the ribs.}
[Al-Ṭāriq: 6-7]

As mentioned by Allāh عز وجل.

Yes, he (ﷺ) said:

"وَإِذَا فَضَخْتَ الْمَاءَ"
"If water spurted out."
[Sunan al-Nasāʾī 193]

In this is an indication, and they said that the exiting must be of this nature. Similarly, it happening without a reason; due to a disease. So if it occurs due to a disease, they say he doesn't repeat the Ghusl. However, what's correct is that he repeats the Ghusl."

True Beauty

Sheikh Abu 'Amr ḥafidhahullāh said:

A woman should be content with what Allah, the Almighty, has apportioned to her.

A woman may not possess natural beauty, but her piety enhances her beauty, and this is true beauty - as Allah says:
﴿یَـٰبَنِیۤ ءَادَمَ قَدۡ أَنزَلۡنَا عَلَیۡكُمۡ لِبَاسࣰا یُوَ ٰرِی سَوۡءَ ٰ تِكُمۡ وَرِیشࣰاۖ وَلِبَاسُ ٱلتَّقۡوَىٰ ذَ ٰلِكَ خَیۡرࣱ﴾
"O children of Adam, We have bestowed upon you clothing to conceal your private parts and as adornment. But the clothing of righteousness - that is best." [Surah Al-Aʿrāf: 26]

Her piety, devotion to Allah, worship, obedience, and adherence to Allah's laws are what bestow true beauty upon her. This is the true beauty in both men and women!

Furthermore, if a woman is married and assists her husband in obeying Allah and treats him well, this will make him love, honor, and cherish her.

Indeed, a naturally beautiful woman who is not pious may be despised by her husband
﴿وَلَأَمَةࣱ مُّؤۡمِنَةٌ خَیۡرࣱ مِّن مُّشۡرِكَةࣲ وَلَوۡ أَعۡجَبَتۡكُمۡ﴾
"A believing slave-woman is better than a free polytheist, even though she may look pleasant to you." [Surah Al-Baqarah: 221]

Reality shows that a righteous woman who fulfills her duties is granted goodness by Allah, whereas a woman who lacks righteousness might attract foolish and corrupt individuals, and such a woman may be misled by Shaytan, leading to further evil, as evil begets only more evil.

Q 5: Some Muslim women marry non-Muslim men, what is the ruling on such marriages? Are the women considered to be Kafirs (non-Muslims)? Are the children born from this marriage acknowledged as legal progeny?
A: This marriage is Batil (null and void). If the couple were not aware of the invalidity of this marriage when contracting it, the children born from this marriage are attributed to the father; since they deemed the contract valid when contracting it. If they know the ruling on the marriage, they have committed fornication and the children born from this marriage will not be acknowledged as legitimate offspring.

?FATWA - "Divorce is the most despised of all Ḥalāl affairs to Allāh"??

Sheikh Abū Muhammad Abdulhamīd Al-Zoukorī -may Allāh grant him success- was asked the following question:

???????????

? Question:

The questioner says: Is the following Ḥadīth authentic: "The most despised of all ḥalāl affairs to Allāh is divorce"?

Answer:

▪️It is not authentic.
Bukhārī and others have said it is defective.

▪️Divorce may be wājib at times, like, if the woman engages in immoral acts, or if the man is negligent in fulfilling the wife's rights, she can request a divorce. And the same if he is negligent in fulfilling the great rights of Allāh, like offering Ṣalāh and so on. Although, some of the scholars see that the marriage is automatically annulled due to (one of them) abandoning Ṣalāh.

▪️Divorce may also be mustahabb (recommended), or even harām at times.

In fact, all of the five rulings apply.
(I.e. It may be:
1. wājib (obligatory),
2. Mustahabb (recommended),
3. Mubāh/Ḥalāl (permissible),
4. Makrūh (disliked),
Or
5. Ḥarām (forbidden).

▪️For example, it is Ḥarām for him to divorce her during her menses or postpartum, or while she is clean - if he had intercourse with her during this period. Or, if he disregards her and divorces her for no reason.

▪️Is it permissible for a woman to leave her husband's house without his permission?▪️

Answered by: Shaykh Muqbil ibn Hādī al-Wādiʿī رحمه الله

-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.-.

✏️ Answer:

It is not permissible.

The Messenger ﷺ says to this meaning: “Do not leave his house except with his permission.”

And the exalted Rabb says in His Noble Book (Qurʾān): “Men are the protectors of women by [right of] what Allāh has given one over the other”
[Surah an-Nisāʾ, Āyah 34].

And in the two Ṣaḥīḥs, from the hadith of Abū Hurairah: “Treat women well, for they were created from a rib, and the crookedest part of the rib is its upper part, so if you try to straighten it, you will break it, and if you leave it, it will remain crooked.”
[Saḥīḥ Muslim 1468]
