A complaint was filed on Friday before the U.S. District Court in Maryland presenting evidence that the USPS acted illegally in shipping at least one million mail-in ballots from a facility in Bethpage, New York to Pennsylvania on October 21, 2020. The suit was brought by attorney Brian Della Rocca, but the critical evidence was collected by two friends of mine — John Moynihan and Larry Doyle. Full disclosure, I have known John since 1998 and we were partners in BERG Associates, LLC. John, in my opinion, is one of the best financial and forensic investigators in the world. Hands down.

Here is the bottom-line — the truck driver, Jesse Morgan, picked up a container filled with 20 Gaylord boxes. There were mail-in ballots in each of the Gaylords. A Gaylord can hold from 50,000 up to 100,000 ballots. Do the math — Mr. Morgan was transporting at least one million mail-in ballots (already filled in with signatures on the envelopes). So, what you say? The mail-in ballots are First Class mail. Every piece of First Class mail is supposed to be imaged per USPS regulations. The facility where Morgan picked up the load of ballots is ONLY certified for handling packages and Express Mail. There is no legal justification to account for those ballots to have passed through that warehouse.

Rand Paul: ‘Smoking Gun’ Ties Fauci to Wuhan Lab Creation of COVID.

Sen. Rand Paul says a 2018 grant proposal seeking funding to experiment with a COVID-19-type virus is the “smoking gun” linking Dr. Anthony Fauci and the National Institutes of Health to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Following recent disclosures by a Marine Corps whistleblower, Senator Paul flagged a 2018 grant proposal linked to 15 federal agencies that could have enabled the WuhanInstitute to develop a COVID-19-like virus.

“We only found out about this from a whistleblower — nobody else in government ever informed us, including Anthony Fauci,” Paul said. He alleges the “smoking gun” ties him and the NIH to the 2018 grant proposal, leading to the possibility that NIH and NIAID were part of research that could have potentially resulted in the COVID-19 virus.

The grant proposal, labeled “DEFUSE Project,” was submitted to the Department of Defense’s research agency, DARPA, and reportedly incorporated NIAID’s Rocky Mountain Laboratories in Montana, yielding suspicions of Fauci’s knowledge and involvement. Paul has called for more information from each agency involved by April 23.

The grant proposal’s existence suggests Fauci may have lied directly to Congress. “Sen. Paul, I have never lied before Congress and I do not retract that statement. This paper that you are referring to was judged by qualified staff up and down the chain as not being gain-of-function,” Fauci said during a 2021 Senate hearing. “Sen. Paul, you do not know what you are talking about, quite frankly.”

While the DEFUSE project was not federally funded, according to Paul, Fauci and others were allegedly aware of Wuhan lab’s continuance in related microbial research. This brings into sharper focus the early insinuations of COVID-19 being a laboratory leak, and the subsequent dismissal of the hypothesis by prominent voices like Fauci, who derided it as a conspiracy theory.

BREAKING: Warrantless Surveillance Reauthorization Defeated After Trump Urges Republicans To ‘Kill FISA.’

Legislation extending the parts of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act failed on the House floor after former President Donald Trump urged Republicans to reject efforts to reauthorize the law, which permits certain forms of warrantless surveillance by the U.S. government. In a post on Truth Social directed at lawmakers on Capitol Hill, Trump wrote: “KILL FISA, IT WAS ILLEGALLY USED AGAINST ME, AND MANY OTHERS. THEY SPIED ON MY CAMPAIGN!!!”

The former President’s move presented a considerable challenge to Republican defense hawks and their efforts to secure the votes to pass a reauthorization of the controversial law. House Republicans have been grappling with two separate bills addressing the future of FISA for several months now.

Despite the backlash, Republican House leadership proceeded with a vote on the bill Wednesday afternoon. The bill aimed to extend Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act, making only minor amendments. At least sixteen House Republicans opposed the rule to begin debate on the legislation, effectively blocking its path to adoption. Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-FL) had already voiced his intention to thwart the legislation earlier in the day.

Prior to the vote, Rep. Jerry Nadler (D-NY)– the top Democrat on the House Judiciary Committee – said he believed the rule vote to begin debate on FISA reauthorization would fail.

Multiple laboratory studies now confirm that Pfizer’s COVID-19 mRNA vaccine is heavily contaminated with plasmid DNA. The latest analysis finds that one dose of the Pfizer vaccine typically contains over 200 billion DNA fragments. These DNA fragments can incorporate into the DNA of the vaccinated individual and interfere with the expression of oncogenes and tumor suppression genes. This DNA contamination has cancer implications for millions of people who were manipulated to take part in this biowarfare experiment.

Dr. Phillip Buckhaults, a cancer genomics expert, recently spoke about his findings in front of the South Carolina Senate Medical Affairs Ad-Hoc Committee on the Department of Health and Environmental Control (“DHEC”).

Buckhaults has a PhD in biochemistry and molecular biology; he studies how genes cause cancer. He and his team specialize in detecting foreign pieces of DNA in places where they can incorporate or interfere with healthy genetic expression.

“The Pfizer vaccine is contaminated with plasmid DNA. It’s not just mRNA, it’s got bits of DNA in it.” Prof. Buckhaults said in front of the South Carolina Senate committee. One of his colleagues retrieved vials of the Pfizer covid-19 vaccines from the vaccination program he managed in Columbia, South Carolina. Professor Buckhaults sequenced all the DNA from those vials. He was surprised to see any DNA at all. He said, “You can kind of work out what it is and how it got there and I’m kind of alarmed about the possible consequences of this both in terms of human health and biology.”

“This DNA can and likely will integrate into the genomic DNA of cells that got transfected with the vaccine mix,” he warned. He says the DNA could be the reason why people are having cardiac events and autoimmune attacks after vaccination.

“We do this in the lab all the time; we take pieces of DNA, we mix them up with a lipid complex, like the Pfizer vaccine is in, we pour it onto cells and a lot of it gets into the cells. And a lot of it gets into the DNA of those cells and it becomes a permanent fixture of the cell.”

According to Buckhaults, the long-term risks of DNA integration include cancer. “It’s also a very real theoretical risk of future cancer in some people. Depending on where in the genome this foreign piece of DNA lands it can interrupt a tumor suppressor or activate an oncogene.”

The DNA alterations can also be passed on to future generations. Because DNA lasts for hundreds of thousands of years, “alterations to the DNA can stick around” according to Buckhaults.
