**The table shows information about academic staff members at the university level in a particular country according to their domain in 2005 and 2013. Overall, the largest number of staff members taught medicine, and the fewest teachers were in agriculture.

In 2005, there were 30664 teachers who taught medicine. This figure increased by a whopping 6204 members 8 years later, and as a result, the teacher-to-student ratio turned out to be one to four. Business and science followed medicine in terms of the number of staff members, 28769 and 22092 in 2013, respectively, and their teacher-to-student ratios were also one to nine and one to eleven, respectively. The expansion was seen in the number of teachers conducting architecture and arts too with a noticeable increase where in 2013 the teacher-to-student ration was one to eleven and one to twelve accordingly. The number of teachers conducting lessons on humanities increased between 2005 - 12088 and 2013 - 13777 with a ratio of one to eleven of teachers to students. Similarly, an expansion was seen in engineering with 2005 - 16869 and 2013 - 16986 with the ratio of one teacher to seven students.

In contrast, the academic staff decreased in number in the fields of agriculture and education. In 2013, the teacher-to-student ratio was identical, one to eight, in agriculture and education, and their number diminished relatively from 1680 to 1633 and from 10964 to 10630.**
