Relaunch and Rebrand of IntelliQuant

Dear $INQU Community,

We would like to know your opinion on a comprehensive relaunch and rebrand of $INQU, designed to ensure long-term sustainability and continuous growth, alongside new eyes on the project.

One critical change we are implementing involves our marketing wallet: it will receive native ETH coins instead of tokens. This shift is essential to our strategy, as it prevents us from negatively impacting the chart by selling tokens and allows us to maintain robust and consistent marketing efforts much needed for the success of our project.

Here are the key steps and enhancements we plan to implement:

- Relaunch on Ethereum: We will initially relaunch on the Ethereum network, with plans to migrate to other chains. We aim to leverage this growth by releasing innovative products, including Telegram-native games.

- Rebrand: A fresh rebrand to reflect our new vision and direction.

- Pre and post marketing plan.

- Airdrop to Holders: Current holders will receive a 1:1 airdrop of the new tokens. Stakers will also receive their pending rewards.

- Vested Airdrop Distribution: Airdropped tokens will be vested through a dapp, allowing holders to claim their tokens weekly, with an initial claim available on the launch day for the first vesting period.

25% at launch, 25% every week thereafter.

- Utility Revamps: We will strip existing utilities and gradually release updated versions, incorporating AI, blockchain tools and gaming related utilities.

- Pre-launch Marketing: A portion of the liquidity pool will be allocated to pre-launch marketing, enabling us to establish a solid long-term marketing plan supported by sufficient funds.

- New Utilities for New Chain: We will develop cutting-edge utilities for the new chain launch, positioning ourselves as market leaders.

- Team Expansion: We will recruit and onboard new team members to support our growth and development efforts.

- Native Coin Tax: Taxes will be collected in native ETH coins, ensuring we have sustainable funds for marketing, development, team recruitment & salaries.

We believe the current utilities on base and TON networks have significant room for improvement and lack of, and we are committed to delivering high-quality solutions that stand out in the market and therefore take a substantial share.

We aim to complete this entire setup within approximately 4+ weeks which is around the time the LP unlocks.

This transition has already begun.
