"Some" va "any" so'zlarining ma'nosi bir-biriga juda yaqin.
• "Some" - bir qancha, biroz,
• "any" - hech qancha.
Ikkalasini bir-birining o'rnida ishlatish mumkin emas.
❗️Agar gapda inkor so'zi (not) bo'lmasa, some, something (nimadir), somebody/someone (kimdir) so'zlari ishlatiladi:
I'm going to buy some eggs
- Men bir qancha tuxum xarid qilgani ketyapman.

She said something
- U nimadir dedi.

I saw somebody (yoki "someone")
- Men kimnidir ko'rdim.

❗️Agar gapda inkor so'zi (not) bo'lsa, any, anything (hech nima), anybody/anyone (hech kim) so'zlari ishlatiladi:
I haven't got any money
- Menda hech qanday pul yo'q.

He didn't say anything
- U hech narsa demadi.

I don't need anybody to help me
- Men hech kimning yordamiga muhtoj emasman.

Savol berayotganda ikki xil holatda "some" ishlatiladi.
1. Taklif qilayotganda:

2. Iltimos qilayotganda:

Bulardan boshqa barcha savollarda faqat "any" ishlatiladi:
