BAR Scum Denies NZ Bill Of RightsMy defense was to fight under the New Zealand Bill of Rights and that was refused by a judge because they said it would undermine the government. It was all about political reasons, they didn't want to do anything that would risk the governments position during Covid, the Covid-19 Health Response Act.

I appealed that and the judge has said no, you can't do an appeal because it would cost too much money. He said I would have to do a judicial review, which I would have to pay for. It would cost me a lot of money, money that I don't have.

As far as they're concerned I have no defense, the judge even said he doesn't know how I'm going to defend myself since they've banned me from using the Bill of Rights against the Covid-19 Health Response Act. They've allowed political reasons to get in the way of my defense, so it's not a fair trial.
