We are the only country in Western Europe with such hideously unhealthy system and statistics, obesity, suicide, breastfeeding etc. it’s time for full revolution. We were controlled by Vatican in last century Ireland, a theocracy, now we are controlled by Corporate medicine, in a Pharmocracy, Read the letter, it is well researched, thought out and considered description of how bad things are. We need a complete revolution in medicine, and we need to state thst the medical industry is now now part eugenics. If you want to fight for better Ireland, you call out the establishment. (a GP is a business persone) the College of GPs states that their primary role is to look after prosperity of organisation. Nobody else in Europe would tolerate that. Irish have been fed on decades of glamourised tv USA medical dramas, programmed for centuries to defer to establishment. It’s time for a new Ireland. No more post-colonial people pleasing. 'An overwhelming morning of support this afternoon with over 300 local people in attendance between walkers, cars and stewards who came out to stand and walk together in solidarity for the future of the Rathcabbin community and our nursing home.
