All rentals require a full face ID + phone number (so you really don't run away with my stuff) as of Aug 2024. Cos friends/mutuals that I trust can be excused from this requirement.

i will no longer be lenient in returning deposit money; after the second meetup for me to collect the cos back, I would be doing an even more thorough check of the cos before sending you the deposit through paynow/paylah (no cash for deposit accepted)
