@pumpdotfun opened a lot of doors, but I do think they've taken a few wrong turns along the way. @chefdotfun fixes this. Expecting a MUCH higher profitable graduation rate. Soon ***👨🍳***
In the end I couldn't get through to the dev and news was spreading already so I forced out a statement quickly. Now at that time I felt I had to justify why I was leaving this soon to make sure people understand what happened, but I guess I should have just said that I left, not stating any reasons, which would have probably lessened the impact on the chart a bit. Now I could apologise for this too, but I'm not going to. I have been 100% transparant with my call channel & community since the day I stepped into this space, and I will keep doing so. Just because 99% of this space is shady, doesn't mean I have to be aswell. I ALWAYS offer 100% transparancy, after that people can make up their own minds and decide what they think about that.
During the chaos most influencers sold their allocations (that the dev team sent out, but I vouched for these people). I've checked their transactions and their sells amounted to roughly 4-5E. I decided to use my FULL earnings from incubating holdfun. 9E or ~ 28k, to buyback all the supply they dumped and then some, and send it to the MW for the dev team to use on marketing.
Did I have to do this? Not at all, I don't think it's my responsibility who buys/sells. But I did so regardless, because I want the best for everyone, and since I vouched for these people, I felt that it was only right for me to cover for their sells and some in addition. Even if that left me with earning 0$ for both incubating hold.fun and working alongside of them for a few days, as I also returned the ~ 800$ I've earned since being onboarded to the team.
I am actually down roughly 30k on hold.fun as a whole due to supporting hold.fun launches out of my own pockets. But this isn't about money.
Now I have left holdfun and the dust has settled, the mcap is now ~ 750k.
People bought because I announced I was joining the team, people sold because I announced I was leaving the team. End result is that the mcap is still at a higher valuation than it was before all of this took place AND I have given the team enough input to build out their platform for a long time to come.
Feel free to call me the bad guy. I've even seen several "influencers" call me out, while taking + dumping their own deals. I have never received tokens and I will never receive tokens of any project I incubate. I earn my money through 1% of the token taxes, as is very clearly explained on 0xely.io. Now it's easy to say "Ely dumped his tokens, he always snipes his launches etc.". I could say loads of things, but the thing that matters is if they are true, and I haven't seen a single person that claimed either of these 2 things, during my 2 years of incubating projects, come up with 1 single piece of proof of their statements.
If I'm sniping my own launches, tell me how I am possibly doing so? Send me the etherscan links & wallets of mine. Good luck finding them, because they don't exist.
If I'm taking + dumping tokens from teams that I incubate, tell me how I am doing so? Show me the wallets that are receiving supply from the team that are mine and that I'm dumping. Good luck finding those too, because this doesn't happen either.
I've always learned that without anything that backs up your statements, you are just talking trash. You don't have to like me, you can hate me if you want. But making up random shit about me just because of that is a pretty lowlife thing to do.
Now to end of this chapter: Yes, I am most likely going to find a way to get a pumpfun competitor to market. I'm tired of being scammed by my own incubated teams and I'm honestly tired of working with external teams I can't rely on. If this is happening, it will happen with a team I 100% trust and with people I 100% trust. I think I have quite a lot to offer and can make quite a few projects succeed, but only if I work with people I can 100% rely on.
This made me think of the risks. What if I give this my all for the coming months/years, I invite everyone I think is of value to join based on my reputation/vouching for it, the platform starting to do well based on my strategic business recommendations/partnerships, and as soon as the $ started rolling in, the team just saying well thanks Ely but we can take it from here and removing me from the revenue share %.
This would not only result in me giving my all for practically zero monetary gains. And I'm sure you all work for free for your daytime jobs, but I don't. It would also risk everything I've built up over the past 2 years as every single person I've invited to do this with me, would blame me for any issues, not the dev team, because the dev team wasn't even publically visible to anyone at that time.
So I wanted guarantees. A signed contract, a multisig to the factory contract so they couldn't remove me as easily. Somehow this was a huge deal for the dev team, which made me even less confident in their intentions for the longterm. We eventually agreed upon the multisig, yet 3 days after agreeing it still wasn't in place (this is a 5-minute action at most).
Even though I didn't have my guarantees yet, I kept going. Preparing more and more and I was basically ready to "push the button" that would increase holdfun's platform growth at an exponential rate. Basically the point of no return. I was ready to go for almost 2 days, waiting for a few simple dev updates to finally get going. They didn't come though and the amount of replies I got from the team kept decreasing, even leading to a situation in which I'd had to wait nearly 24h for one single reply.
Now keeping in the back of my mind that the vast majority of people that bought post me joining the team announcement, were people that bought because of the faith they had in me (if Ely thinks it's good I trust his judgement), and the vast majority of "influencers" that joined the team were people that joined because of the same reason. I felt like I was in a horrible position. I could either keep going, keep growing the platform due to my input and praying that the dev's team's passiveness and inability to get onboard with my idea's would change. But this felt like it was just going to delay the pain, and in the end hurt everyone even more.
So I decided to call it off now. It was still going to hurt people (mostly people that followed me into this, so indirectly hurting me the most), but I didn't see any other solution.
Since I got those people in, the people with reach and a network, I felt it was only fair they were the first to know about this decision of mine so they could prepare for what was coming in terms of instead of having them work with me, having them work with the dev team (that up untill that point in time hasn't sent a single message in the private group setup for the 30+ influencers/useful people that got in there).
I told them about my decision to leave, my reasoning why, that I hate to make this decision because I see insane potential and that I'm possibly setting up my own pump.fun competitor with a team that I feel like would be a better fit and that would match my energy/work ethics.
I told them all that this hasn't been shared anywhere yet, that I'm talking to the team right after to get a joint statement out for the holdfun community, my private group and my call channel so everyone would get the news at the same time.
Now I did not predict/expect the vast majority of these influencers in the private to instantly start dumping their allocations they got 2 days prior to that, causing panic and forcing me to start answering questions (and yes ofcourse I started answering them first in my own community), leading to more panic. A situation that could have been prevented by me if I handled things better, so I apologise for that.
Please don't interact with any links in Neurahub TG, seems to have been compromised, Team's working on restoring access but untill then treat everything as coming from the hacker.

$BITG just went live, smooth launch from 25k to 1m ***⚡️*** Best part? No seed/private/presale, no bundled supply, no insiders, no sniping. Just a clean fairlaunch as always. No worries about endless selling pressure from people that are up 100x by the time it…
Launching in 1 hour! ?
$INNO up 3x from the lows aswell ✅
Seems to be pushing for a new ATH ?
$NEURA adding crypto payment support for their subscriptions and just sent a preview of their subscriber buybot.
With the amount of useful tools on their platform I'm expecting to see this new subscriber notification buybot a lot in the near future.
Neura also held extremely well during the dead period just like AITax did. That's what you get when good teams keep their communities updated in both good and bad markets. When teams are confident in their product/ability and are able to translate this well to their communities, their communities will be confident aswell.
You know what they say about projects holding well during bad market conditions.. ?
