Stay firm in your belief. It doesnt mean being stubborn, listen and accept other's opinions, it may influence you. But keep your core values intact

I am seeing around me people switching sides, which I have no problem with 'only change is permanent'

What I have a problem, and a rather big problem with is switching sides without acknowledging that they were wrong.

and the worse thing: it is soooo easy to say 'my bad, i was wrong in what I thought, I admit' it makes you look wiser and no one can get upset at someone who admits his wrongdoings.

good morning/day/afternoon, shall we go around some Covid news and reflexions?

A bit of thinking:

I see many many 'righteous' people around me. People will allow themselves because they are pious/kind/generous/etc... to think they are on the right side of the truth, the pro circus side.

However, one can be as pious/kind/generous/etc... as they want, from the moment you refuse to put your beliefs in jeopardy to have the opportunity to elevate yourself mentally and spiritually, then your attributes lose some values in my eyes.

Let me give an example: Someone who would give a lot to charity, without letting anyone know. He is a generous person.
Meanwhile, he supports masks, lockdowns, vaxx.
His generosity becomes less because he gives from one hand while promoting taking away from the other (with lockdowns especially and the destruction of businesses, families, incomes, ....)

This can be seen as pushing it and abstract, however it has a certain logic behind it
