Don't change yourself to be accepted by others. Change yourself only if you feel it will make you a better person. Let only those people stay around, that accept you the way you are. If someone forces you to change, neither you nor they will ever be satisfied if you try to fit in

If you spend too much time on worst case scenario, you'll see only challenges, failures & betrayals. When you give equal focus to what can go right & how you are strong enough to deal with roadblocks, you get a balanced view. Don't think you're destined for worst. Be positive.

Make peace a priority. Whatever makes you unhappy or anxious needs to exit. Some people & situations need no response. Give them silence as a reply. If it costs your peace, it's too expensive. Filter it out of life. Prioritise your well being & everything else will fall in place.

Be good but be smart. Be kind but don't be easy to manipulate. Be useful but never get used. Be mindful of your boundaries. People don't mind taking from you till they drain you. Protect yourself from energy vampires. Don't lose your warmth but let nobody exploit your generosity.
