??Former Chief of Staff - Deputy Commander of the Ukrainian Navy Captain 1st Rank Roman Gladky has been appointed Chief of Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces' Unmanned Systems Troops.

He was previously removed from office on suspicion of corruption, abuse of power, treason and espionage for Russia.?

❗️The name of the soldier who head butted a drone been revealed. Mikhail is a hereditary Cossack from the Voronezh region and this is not the first time he fought in a war. Back in 2014, he was in the ranks of volunteers in the Donbas. In 2024, he returned again under contract and ended up in one of the assault companies of the 20th Army.

On Aug 4, Mikhail, as part of an assault group, set out on a mission in the Kharkov direction, where the detachment encountered enemy fire. One fragment got stuck near the spine, two fragments from a mine hit the shin. When the AFU saw Mikhail, who seemed exhausted, they launched a kamikaze drone at him to finish him off,. He turned out to be a tough cookie and hit the drone with his helmeted head, after which, in a state of shock, he reached his unit, where he was given first aid.

Mikhail is currently in hospital and awaiting spinal surgery. He shares on his social networks that he is already dreaming of returning to the battlefield to join his comrades.
