عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allāh ﷺ said :

إِذَا قُبِرَ الْمَيِّتُ أَتَاهُ مَلَكَانِ أَسْوَدَانِ أَزْرَقَانِ يُقَالُ لِأَحَدِهِمَا الْمُنْكَرُ وَالْآخَرُ النَّكِيرُ فَيَقُولَانِ مَا كُنْتَ تَقُولُ فِي هَذَا الرَّجُلِ فَيَقُولُ مَا كَانَ يَقُولُ هُوَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ وَرَسُولُهُ أَشْهَدُ أَنْ لَا إِلَهَ إِلَّا اللَّهُ وَأَنَّ مُحَمَّدًا عَبْدُهُ وَرَسُولُهُ فَيَقُولَانِ قَدْ كُنَّا نَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ تَقُولُ هَذَا ثُمَّ يُفْسَحُ لَهُ فِي قَبْرِهِ سَبْعُونَ ذِرَاعًا فِي سَبْعِينَ ثُمَّ يُنَوَّرُ لَهُ فِيهِ ثُمَّ يُقَالُ لَهُ نَمْ فَيَقُولُ أَرْجِعُ إِلَى أَهْلِي فَأُخْبِرُهُمْ فَيَقُولَانِ نَمْ كَنَوْمَةِ الْعَرُوسِ الَّذِي لَا يُوقِظُهُ إِلَّا أَحَبُّ أَهْلِهِ إِلَيْهِ حَتَّى يَبْعَثَهُ اللَّهُ مِنْ مَضْجَعِهِ ذَلِكَ وَإِنْ كَانَ مُنَافِقًا قَالَ سَمِعْتُ النَّاسَ يَقُولُونَ فَقُلْتُ مِثْلَهُ لَا أَدْرِي فَيَقُولَانِ قَدْ كُنَّا نَعْلَمُ أَنَّكَ تَقُولُ ذَلِكَ فَيُقَالُ لِلْأَرْضِ الْتَئِمِي عَلَيْهِ فَتَلْتَئِمُ عَلَيْهِ فَتَخْتَلِفُ فِيهَا أَضْلَاعُهُ فَلَا يَزَالُ فِيهَا مُعَذَّبًا حَتَّى يَبْعَثَهُ اللَّهُ مِنْ مَضْجَعِهِ ذَلِكَ

“When the deceased is buried in his grave, two black and blue angels come to him. One of them is called Munkar and the other is called Nakir.

They will both say: What do you say about this man? He will say what he said before: He is the servant of Allāh and His messenger, I bear witness there is no God but Allah and Muhammad is His servant and His messenger.

They will both say: We knew you would say this! Then his grave is expanded by seventy cubits on each side, it is illuminated for him, and it is said to him: Sleep! He will say: May I return to my family to tell them? They will both say: Sleep like a bridegroom, whom none awakens but the most beloved of his family, until Allah resurrects him from his place of rest.

If he was a hypocrite, he will say to the angels: I heard people saying something, so I said the same as them, for I do not know!

They will both say: We knew you would say that! It will be said to the earth to constrict him, so it will constrict him by squeezing his ribs together. He will continue being punished until Allāh resurrects him from that place of his.”

سنان الترمذي 1071

Tell your loved ones that you love them.
Al-Miqdam ibn Ma'dikarib reported that the Prophet ﷺ said:

إِذَا أَحَبَّ أَحَدُكُمْ أَخَاهُ فَلْيُعْلِمْهُ أَنَّهُ أَحَبَّهُ‏.‏
"When one of you has love for his brother, he should inform him that he loves him."

"And there are some who say, “We believe in Allah and the Last Day,” yet they are not ˹true˺ believers. They seek to deceive Allah and the believers, yet they only deceive themselves, but they fail to perceive it. There is sickness in their hearts, and Allah ˹only˺ lets their sickness increase. They will suffer a painful punishment for their lies." [2:8-10] So to those who do not believe in Allah, the last day and the sunnah of the Prophet [saw] all at once then u are no doubt of a kafir even if you claim to be a Muslim with your clear kufr.

Gheerah

The poem says :

أغار عليها من عيونٍ حولها
بل من عيوني إنني لغيور

I am jealous over her from eyes around her, and even from my own, for I am a man of Gheerah indeed.

هذي فعال من أحب حقيقةً
وأي شيء ما عدا ذا زورُ
