good morning subbies, this is admin @kkuraflwr and i really want to apologise for the lack of updates in batch 2 and 3 because of my irresponsibility. Batch 2 was lost and after many calls with the company, i was unable to get a refund. batch 3 on my part, had issues with the orders received. I will refunding all buyers who want a refund out of my own pocket over the next week. For those who wish to order their items again, i will be ordering a new batch with free mailing when it arrives. For those wondering about the feasibility of the refunds, i will be getting a job over the holidays to earn back the money. Please do not go blaming the other admins for my irresponsiblility as they had to cover for my mistakes. I truly apologise for my lack of accountability and I hope that you will forgive me even if I may not deserve it. you. You are free to hate on me for my actions, all i ask is that you don’t drag the ex-admins or my other admin into my mess.
