Narrated Anas ibn Malik:
The Prophet (ﷺ) said: When a man goes out of his house and says:
بِسْمِ اللَّهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ عَلَى اللَّهِ لاَ حَوْلَ وَلاَ قُوَّةَ إِلاَّ بِاللَّهِ ‏
"In the name of Allah, I trust in Allah; there is no might and no power but in Allah," the following will be said to him at that time: "You are guided, defended and protected." The devils will go far from him and another devil will say: How can you deal with a man who has been guided, defended and protected?

AS A PART OF BELIEF WE BELIEVE IN ALL PROPHETS EQUALLY
##############
“We make no distinction between one another of His Messengers” [al-Baqarah 2:285].

YES THERE IS DIFFERENCE IN STATUSES OF THE PROPHETS
######################
“Those Messengers! We preferred some of them to others; to some of them Allah spoke (directly); others He raised to degrees (of honour)”[al-Baqarah 2:253]

COMPARING PROPHETS ON THE BASIS OF A PARTICULAR CHARACTERISTICS ISN'T A GOOD THING
##################
Narrated Abu Said Al-Khudri: A Jew whose face had been slapped (by someone), came to the Prophet (ﷺ) and said, "O Muhammad! A man from your Ansari companions slapped me. " The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Call him". They called him and the Prophet (ﷺ) asked him, "Why did you slap his face?" He said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! While I was passing by the Jews, I heard him saying, 'By Him Who chose Moses above all the human beings.' I said (protestingly), 'Even above Muhammad?' So I became furious and slapped him." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Do not give me preference to other prophets, for the people will become unconscious on the Day of Resurrection and I will be the first to gain conscious, and behold, I will Find Moses holding one of the pillars of the Throne (of Allah). Then I will not know whether he has become conscious before me or he has been exempted because of his unconsciousness at the mountain (during his worldly life) which he received."
Sahih al-Bukhari 6917

Narrated Abdullah: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "None of you should say that I am better than Yunus (i.e. Jonah)." Musadded added, "Jonah bin Matta."
Sahih al-Bukhari 3412

IN ISLAM BOTH DOUBTING AND SPYING ON A MUSLIM IS HARAM: Quran - 49:12 يٰۤـاَيُّهَا الَّذِيۡنَ اٰمَنُوا اجۡتَنِبُوۡا كَثِيۡرًا مِّنَ الظَّنِّ اِنَّ بَعۡضَ الظَّنِّ اِثۡمٌ‌ۖ وَّلَا تَجَسَّسُوۡا وَلَا يَغۡتَبْ بَّعۡضُكُمۡ بَعۡضًا‌ ؕ اَ يُحِبُّ اَحَدُكُمۡ اَنۡ…

IN ISLAM BOTH DOUBTING AND SPYING ON A MUSLIM IS HARAM:

Quran - 49:12

Translation:
O you who have believed, avoid much suspicion, for some suspicions are sins. Do not spy, nor should any one backbite the other . Is there any among you who would like to eat the flesh of his dead brother' Nay, you yourselves abhor it. Fear Allah, for Allah is Acceptor of repentance and All-Merciful.

SAHABA DIDN'T JUDGE ANYONE UNTIL CLEAR PROOF IS ESTABLISHED:

Narrated Abdullah ibn Mas'ud:
Zayd ibn Wahb said: A man was brought to Ibn Mas'ud. He was told: This is so and so, and wine was dropping from his beard. Abdullah thereupon said: We have been prohibited to seek out (faults). If anything becomes manifest to us, we shall seize it.
Sunan Abi Dawud 4890
Grade: Sahih in chain (Al-Albani)

So keeping above two references in concern you are not allowed to see your husband's mobile without password

Only thing I can suggest is to have talk with him in a nice way
Don't go and just say "show me your phone I have a doubt on you" as it can turn your relationship sour
Don't ruin your relationship

Quran -104:1
وَيۡلٌ لِّـكُلِّ هُمَزَةٍ لُّمَزَةِ (1)

Translation:
Doomed (to ruin) is every such person who slanders others (in their face) and backbites them habitually ,

Quran-49:12

Abu Huraira reported Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) as saying: Do you know what is backbiting? They (the Companions) said: Allah and His Messenger know best. Thereupon he (the Holy Prophet) said: Backbiting implies your talking about your brother in a manner which he does not like. It was said to him: What is your opinion about this that if I actually find (that failing) in my brother which I made a mention of? He said: If (that failing) is actually found (in him) what you assert, you in fact backbited him, and if that is not in him it is a slander.

Narrated 'Ubada bin As-Samit:
who took part in the battle of Badr and was a Naqib (a person heading a group of six persons), on the night of Al-'Aqaba pledge: Allah's Apostle said while a group of his companions were around him, "Swear allegiance to me for:
1. Not to join anything in worship along with Allah.
2. Not to steal.
3. Not to commit illegal sexual intercourse.
4. Not to kill your children.
5. NOT TO ACCUSE AN INNOCENT PERSON (to spread such an accusation among people).
6. Not to be disobedient (when ordered) to do good deed."
The Prophet (ﷺ) added: "Whoever among you fulfills his pledge will be rewarded by Allah. And whoever indulges in any one of them (except the ascription of partners to Allah) and gets the punishment in this world, that punishment will be an expiation for that sin. And if one indulges in any of them, and Allah conceals his sin, it is up to Him to forgive or punish him (in the Hereafter)." 'Ubada bin As-Samit added: "So we swore allegiance for these." (points to Allah's Apostle)
Sahih al-Bukhari 18

Narrated Abu Dhar: That he heard the Prophet (ﷺ) saying, "If somebody accuses another of Fusuq (by calling him 'Fasiq' i.e. a wicked person) or accuses him of Kufr, such an accusation will revert to him (i.e. the accuser) if his companion (the accused) is innocent."

Hudhaifa reported: I prayed with the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) one night and he started reciting al-Baqara. I thought that he would bow at the end of one hundred verses, but he proceeded on; I then thought that he would perhaps recite the whole (surah) in a rak'ah, but he proceeded and I thought he would perhaps bow on completing (this surah). He then started al-Nisa', and recited it; he then started Al-i-'Imran and recited leisurely. And when he recited the verses which referred to the Glory of Allah, he glorified (by saying Subhan Allah-Glory to my Lord the Great), and when he recited the verses which tell (how the Lord) is to be begged, he (the Holy Prophet) would then beg (from Him), and when he recited the verses dealing with protection from the Lord, he sought (His) protection and would then bow and say: Glory be to my Mighty Lord; his bowing lasted about the same length of time as his standing (and then on returning to the standing posture after ruku') he would say: Allah listened to him who praised Him, and he would then stand about the same length of time as he had spent in bowing. He would then prostrate himself and say: Glory be to my Lord most High, and his prostration lasted nearly the same length of time as his standing. In the hadith transmitted by Jarir the words are: " He (the Holy Prophet) would say: " Allah listened to him who praised Him, our Lord, to Thee i the praise."

Sahih Muslim 772
