? Server Update June 2024A few days ago we lost our Primary Server. So Bot is currently hosted on a replacement server, however bot works as intended, no issues regarding speed or anything. Moreover, the Database was changed and now can be easily backed up and migrated. I plan to bring an auto backup feature for DB in case anything goes South.

• Bot updated to version 4.5.0
• Bot moved to a new VPS
• Shifted to PyroBlack for Pyrogram based Code
• Database Changed from CockroachDB to Supabase
• Python Updated to v3.10.14

Also work for V5 is in halt due to some personal issues, but I assure you it will be resumed very soon and we will also notify y'all soon enough.

A significant update dedicated to migrating the database from PostgreSQL (Supabase) to our new Provider.

• Bot updated to version 4.4.4
• Database shifted to new Provider.
• Pyrogram replaced with PyroFork
• Updated to Telethon v1.33.1
• Fixed Feds Module
• Fixed issue with users not getting added to DB
• Improved Greet functionality
• Enhanced Telegraph Module
• Improved Error Logging
• Enhanced Rules functionality

NOTE:
○ The New Database is relatively new to us and may cause some issues with the bot, but we will monitor and fix them as required.
○ The Telegraph module now supports uploading both media and text to graph.org.
○ Now, /setrules will also work as replies, allowing you to set the contents of a message as chat rules by replying with /setrules.
○ PyroGram functions should now work faster with the transition to PyroFork.

We sincerely apologise for the inconveniences caused today, due to the migration and downtimes.

It seems @RiruruRobot is encountering issues due to problems with our database provider, supabase.com. Supabase servers are currently experiencing downtimes and authentication errors. Please be patient and wait for the issue to be resolved. Once Supabase services…

Supabase servers are currently experiencing downtimes and authentication errors. Please be patient and wait for the issue to be resolved. Once Supabase services are back to normal, RIRURU will resume its usual operations. Thank you for your understanding~~.

Upon further investigation, it has been discovered that the issues with Supabase servers have been resolved. However, Supabase has permanently disabled IPv4-based PostgreSQL connection strings. As a result, the connection string has been updated, and the bot is now hosted on Heroku temporarily. An update will be pushed today, and then the bot will be deployed on the old VPS as usual. Thank you for your patience and understanding during this transition period.

In a significant move aimed at reducing load on PTB and enhancing performance, several modules have been shifted to Pyrogram/Telethon.

• Bot updated to version 4.3.8
• BlackMagic Module re-written in Pyrogram
• Improved RM-Users Module.
• Added '/rmusers restricted' to RM-Users Module for kicking muted members from the group.
• Enhanced Reports Module (Re-written in Pyrogram)
• Bug fixes

NOTE:
○ RM-Users Module is a mass actions module; use it cautiously to avoid overloading RIRURU. This issue will be addressed in the upcoming V5 rewrite. Stay tuned.

It has come to our attention that @RiruruRobot occasionally sends unexpected farewell messages in the group. These messages, unrelated to filters, notes, or commands, and occur only when someone leaves the group. To opt out, use "/goodbye off." Please note that, by default, the Goodbye feature is enabled in @RiruruRobot. In the upcoming update, we plan to disable it by default, giving you the option to enable it with "/goodbye on." Stay tuned for the latest enhancements!
