The Veterinarians are very similar as human doctors. They primarily learn to prescribe medications which inevitably causes drug poisoning, or they surgically remove the effect (tumour, cyst, etc.) instead of addressing the root cause for why the issue developed which is generally diet / lifestyle related.

Vets don’t understand health and that animals must eat their species appropriate diet to live disease free lives. Vets don’t learn in vet school that it’s the processed dry salted mixed junk pet foods that we feed our animals that cause their health issues combined with the human food that we feed them all too often.

Vets do not understand the importance of fasting and rest for animals otherwise they wouldn’t demand animals be brought to them to be poked / prodded leading to further stress.

Veterinarians may go to school hoping to learn how to help animals but instead they learn how to harm animals further, adding insult to injury.

Taking an animal out of its comfort zone to a vet office only to be poked, prodded and prescribed drugs isn’t helpful for your animal no matter how you look at it.

Learning what your pets species appropriate requirements are for health is helpful when applied because it brings pets back in to good health. Feeding your pet inappropriately causes health problems and disease period. This is why domesticated animals are sick and wild animals are not - unless they feed on modern foods or eat chemicals.

The same goes for humans. The body malfunctions and expresses symptoms when we are not feeding ourselves appropriately or when we are not living in accordance with our natural design.

It really is this simple.

I’ll leave links in the comments below to join the natural diet dog and cat group if you want to truly learn how to help your pet maintain health because a vet isn’t the answer unless it’s an emergency accident or something.

The only problem is that it requires effort to feed ourselves or our pets appropriately in a world designed to foster and maintain sickness and disease - so if you’re not willing to do the work you and your pet will suffer.

This month I have just experienced such a delightful menstrual period. No pain, no cravings, no blood (just a tiny amount of colour change). I’ve been high raw for 1yr and fully raw for almost 6 months of that. The only time I’ve experienced a period similar was when I was doing a sweet juicy fruit only challenge for a month that was impossible & miserable for me to stick to long term. Natural hygiene however is easy and a joy. Feeling so happy to no longer have to dread the challenging monthly period that would go on for a good 5 days. - Caro Warburton

Little success story... I have a 'calcified' shoulder and some other medical term they use for it steming from RA and possibly overuse of steroid injections into that area. It has limited movement (couldn't swim anymore) but after drinking 2l of water daily for a month about 80% of my range of motion has returned!! Think what I could achieve with 4l...but it takes me all day to drink 2l

? Quick update from me if anyone is following along…. The cyst popped on Monday and is a few days from being healed completely!!!

It has been under constant attack and forced to perpetually work to repair itself over and over and over again...Even this last year that I have been raw I have not simplified enough to give my gut the break it needed! Each individual carries their waste accumulations differently therefore symptoms can vary and appear unique.

Our Diet affects gene expression.

Our diet & lifestyle choices determines if the body will hold onto waste, or possess enough life force/nerve energy to eliminate or get rid of wastes.

Our diet & lifestyle determine if the body is accumulating acids & wastes within which damage organs , glands & cells, or if we are eliminating these acids periodically thus creating health or a healing environment within the body...

Diet is number 1.

What we choose to directly bring within builds who we are, our choices become us & determine how the body functions. Our fuel source is everything, it’s who we are.

Exercise and movement is another important aspect for health, however, there is a very fine line... if you’re experiencing weakness and fatigue there is little benefit for excessive workouts ... not yet, some stretching or walking is recommended, otherwise you’re just depleting an already depleted body - circulating acids / wastes causing more burden.

Rest is restorative, learn to rest when your body requires rest. You would be surprised to learn that cravings are often a call by the body for rest. We crave because we are tired & searching for stimulation.

Try not to underestimate our overall diets role on our health and wellbeing.

It’s important to gain the correct knowledge for health to learn how to properly live, care & feed ourselves for optimal health. Unfortunately the cards are stacked against the average person because when they look for answers to their health problems they are met with confusion, lies & misinformation at every turn by design.
