Den Applications Open!

Hey there! Applications for our Dealers' Den are open NOW! Check out reg.scotiacon.org.uk to apply.

We've opened early to give you more time to apply before registration begins (full registration is not yet open) so you'll know if you've got a table before you need to commit to registering.

Scotiacon 2025 Dealers Den Applications

Hey folks! Want a Dealers' Den table at Scotiacon 2025? This year we are allowing dealers to apply for a Dealers’ Den table ahead of registration opening and applications will work a little differently so please be sure to read the information below.

By opening early, dealers will have more time to complete applications & receive confirmed Den places before being committed to registering.

To apply, after making an account on our system at reg.scotiacon.org.uk you will find an option to complete a Dealers' Den application.

You'll need to agree to our Dealers' Den Terms & Conditions to apply, you can read those here: https://www.scotiacon.org.uk/policies/dealers-den-terms-and-conditions

We've also created a Portfolio Guide to help you make your application as strong as possible. You can read that here: https://static.scotiacon.org.uk/docs/2025-Portfolio-Guide.pdf

As we’ve seen in previous years we expect there to be a lot of demand for tables so be sure to take advantage of our early opening to take your time filling in your applications and give us as much information about your table as possible!

Website, Hotels, and... Registration?

Hey folks, it's almost that time! Let's deal with the elephant in the room: registration is opening soon! We'll tell you exactly when VERY soon!

To support registration, we're happy to announce that our updated website is now live! Check it out at scotiacon.org.uk now!

We've got some surprises this year, let's start with this: We've contracted an overflow hotel that can be booked through our registration system. The Hilton Garden Inn will offer rooms at the same price as those in the Crowne Plaza. For more details, check out the Registration page on our website!
