Palestinian children face unknown fate after being kidnapped from Gaza by Israeli army
Geneva - The Israeli army has abducted Palestinian children and transferred them out of the Gaza Strip, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said, as part of its genocide against Gazans that has been ongoing since 7 October. The rights group called on Israel to return the children to their parents.
In light of the horrific crime of kidnapping children, as well as the recent mysterious disappearance of hundreds of Palestinian detainees from the Strip, Euro-Med Monitor stressed that the international community must bear its responsibilities and apply pressure to Israel in order to ensure the safe return of all victims.

A brief statement from Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor:
Israeli institutions continue to launch a widespread incitement and distortion campaign against Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor, questioning the impartiality and professionalism of its work documenting the large-scale crimes committed by the Israeli military in its ongoing genocidal war on the Gaza Strip since 7 October. Israel has long obstructed the work of many international and local human rights organisations operating in the Occupied Palestinian Territory, and in the Gaza Strip in particular, by imposing broad restrictions on field documentation operations and freedom of movement, and via its widespread targeting of field teams as well as prevention of UN teams and international committees from investigating possible war crimes and crimes against humanity.
Euro-Med Monitor strongly condemns the latest Israeli incitement campaign that has emerged, and which the international community has allowed to flourish due to systematic Israeli impunity. Israel must not be allowed to prevent documentation of its violations, said the Geneva-based human rights organisation, calling for the protection of its field crews and researchers—plus all employees of other human rights organisations in the region—from direct targeting, prosecution, and arrest.
Amid ongoing genocide in Gaza, systematic Israeli theft occurring in Palestinian civilian homes
Geneva - The Israeli army has unleashed its soldiers in the Gaza Strip to not only kill, but to engage in immoral activities such as property theft and lootingduring raids on Palestinian civilian homes, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said in a statement issued Friday.
Euro-Med Monitor reported on a number of cases thatshow Israeli soldiers participating in the deliberate theft of the assets and money of Palestinian civilians, including laptop computers, gold, and large quantities of cash.

Gaza death toll surges to nearly 15,000 as Israel’s gory genocide intensifies
Geneva - The death toll of Israel’s gory genocide of Palestinians in the Gaza Strip has climbed to approximately 15,000 victims, according to the latest reports released by Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor.
Euro-Med Monitor said that 14,710 Palestinians have been killed so far, including the 3,300 missing people currently trapped under the rubble of destroyed buildings, who have little chance of being found alive.
Among the reported victims are 6,220 children and 3,412 women, while 1,680 children are reportedly missing. The number of Gazans who have sustained injuries is 32,314.

Israel kills scores of Palestinians in its ‘safe corridors’ for displaced people
Geneva - Israeli occupation forces executed dozens of Palestinians fleeing Gaza City and neighbouring northern areas of the Gaza Strip to the central and southern parts of the enclave, despite the displaced posing no threat, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor attested in a statement on Monday.
These Palestinians were deliberately killed by live bullets and, in some cases, by artillery shells, while attempting to flee to the south of Wadi Gaza at the Israeli army’s request, said Euro-Med Monitor. The human rights group received reports from displaced Gazans of executions at military checkpoints set up by Israel’s army along its designated “safe corridor”, Salah al-Din Road, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m yesterday.
Similar executions reportedly occurred in Gaza City and the Strip’s northern regions as displaced people attempted to flee hospitals, schools, and the United Nations Development Programme’s Gaza headquarters, where they had taken refuge just a few days ago.

UK Coastguard Violating International Law by Ignoring and Downgrading 999 Calls from Sea Migrants
The British Coastguard’s reported neglect and downgrading of SOS calls and pleas for help from sea migrants and asylum seekers in the English Channel are a serious abandonment of responsibilities and a grave violation of International Law that puts lives in grave danger, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said in a statement today. Such actions are particularly in violation the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea (UNCLOS) and International Convention for the Safety of Life at Sea (SOLAS).
A recent report by Liberty Investigate and the Observer shows the British Coastguard ignoring international maritime law and leaving migrants in unseaworthy boats in the English Channel to the fate of the sea.

Israel’s war on the Gaza Strip has affected half a million children so far
Geneva - Approximately half a million Palestinian children have been affected by Israel’s ongoing war on the Gaza Strip, which has now entered its 36th consecutive day, the Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said in a statement. The estimated figure includes those who have been killed, injured, or whose family homes have been damaged or destroyed.
Euro-Med Monitor reported that 6,100 children have been killed or reported missing under the rubble of buildings destroyed by Israel’s intense air and artillery attacks on the Strip, stating that chances for their survival diminishes with each passing day.
More than 15,500 children have been injured, said Euro-Med Monitor, with dozens of them in critical condition. Other children have suffered limb amputations, while hundreds more have suffered severe burns to their bodies, according to the Geneva-based human rights organisation.

Israel uses its ‘safe corridor’ in Gaza as trap to murder and detain Palestinians fleeing Israeli violence
Geneva - Israel has turned the “safe corridor” it announced a few days ago into a trap where displaced individuals and families are killed or arrested and abused, said Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor.
According to Euro-Med Monitor, the Israeli army’s claim of a safe passage for the displaced is part of the military tactics that it uses to attack Palestinian civilians. Israel’s army, which has been forcing residents of Gaza City and the Gaza Strip’s northern areas to move to the south of the Strip, has designated a “corridor” along Salah al-Din Road—the city’s main thoroughfare—between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day for the time being.
Displaced individuals who crossed the alleged “corridor” over the course of the past three days provided testimony to the Euro-Med Monitor team, describing horrifying incidents of killing, arrest, and intentional humiliation. Gaza City resident Iyad Zakaria, 43, confirmed that he and his family of eight, including his elderly mother, had to walk roughly seven kilometres in order to escape to the southern part of the Strip.

In total violation of the rules of war, Israel targets dozens of mosques, churches in Gaza
Geneva – Israel has targeted dozens of mosques and churches in the Gaza Strip as part of its ongoing assault, which is now in its second month, Euro-Med Human Rights Monitor said in a new statement released today. Israel’s bombing of places of worship is in clear violation of international humanitarian law and the laws of war, the organisation said.
According to the Geneva-based human rights group, recent Israeli attacks have resulted in the total destruction of 66 mosques and partial damage to 146 others, accounting for approximately 20% of all mosques in the Gaza Strip. Additionally, three historic churches have suffered damage in various areas of the Strip.
Euro-Med Monitor has documented dozens of casualties due to Israeli attacks on mosques, including Ahmed Yassin Mosque in the Shati refugee camp in Gaza City, Salim Abu Muslim Mosque in the town of Beit Lahia in the northern Gaza Strip, and Khalid bin Al-Walid Mosque in the southern city of Khan Yunis.
