✅ संसद किंवा राज्य विधानमंडळाचे कायदे स्वायत्त जिल्हे आणि स्वायत्त प्रदेशांना लागू होत नाहीत किंवा विशिष्ट बदल आणि अपवादांसह लागू होत नाहीत.

✅ संविधानाच्या अनुच्छेद २४४ (२) आणि अनुच्छेद २७५ (१) नुसार विशेष तरतूद प्रदान करण्यात आली आहे.
✅आसाममध्ये दिमा हासाओ, कार्बी आंगलाँग आणि पश्चिम कार्बी प्रादेशिक कारण हे पहाडी जिल्हे या तरतुदीखाली आहेत.
✅ राज्यपालांना क्षेत्र वाढवण्याचा किंवा कमी करण्याचा किंवा स्वायत्त जिल्ह्यांची नावे बदलण्याचा अधिकार आहे.
✅ युनियनचे कार्यकारी अधिकार अनुसूचित क्षेत्रांमध्ये विस्तारित असताना त्यांचे प्रशासन 5 व्या अनुसूचीमध्ये होते, तर 6 व्या अनुसूचित क्षेत्रे राज्याच्या कार्यकारी अधिकारात राहतात.
