Even if you are alone in holding onto the Kitāb and the Sunnah, and you take from the tapes; take the tapes of the skillful reciters and learn using them, if you don't find a Salafī reciter.

Al-Ḥudhayfī is a good reciter, Allāhumma Bārik. Similarly, al-Ḥuṣarī, his recitation is good. And al-Minshāwī. Similarly, Muḥammad Ayyūb also has a good recitation, you can learn using it. And Ibrāhīm al-Akhḍar, his old recitation as well is good. Follow from those recitations and download durūs which you find on social media of the ʿUlamāʾ or the reciters, so you benefit from the rulings of reading the Qurʾān and the rulings of Tajwīd. Similarly, you listen to those knowledge-based durūs until Allāh makes it possible for you and easy for you. We ask Allāh for tawfīq for ourselves and for you."

🔸️Al-Luʾluʾ al-Atharīyyah | Atharī Pearls #12 — Memorising and Learning the Qurʾān with Ḥizbīs🔸️

Question:
السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته
Our noble Shaykh, may Allāh be kind to you. Our Shaykh, Alḥamdulillāh I am upon Salafīyyah and Uprightness, and I live in Pakistan. Here, O Shaykh, the Masājid belong to the Ḥizbīs, and I am in need of memorising the Qurʾān. Therefore, is it permissible for me to only memorise the Qurʾān with them, and not seek any knowledge from them? Bārak Allāhu Fīkum.

The Virtuous Shaykh, Abū ʿAbd Allāh Muḥammad Bin Aḥmad al-ʿAnasī حفظه الله ورعاه, answered:

"وعلیکم السلام ورحمة الله وبركاته. حياكم الله وبياكم.
Ḥayyāk Allāh, Our brother, nice to meet you, from our Salafī Ahl al-Sunnah brothers from Pakistan, Allāhumma Bārik. We ask Allāh to increase you, to increase your numbers, to preserve you, and bless you, Ḥayyākum Allāh.

My noble brother, Bārak Allāhu Fīk, what's required is abstaining from Ahl al-Bidaʿ.

{فَذَرْهُمْ وَمَا يَفْتَرُونَ}
{so leave them alone with their fabrications.}
[Al-Anʿām: 112]

{وَلَا تُطِعْ مَنْ أَغْفَلْنَا قَلْبَهُۥ عَن ذِكْرِنَا وَٱتَّبَعَ هَوَىٰهُ وَكَانَ أَمْرُهُۥ فُرُطًۭا}
{and obey not him whose heart We have made heedless of Our Remembrance, and who follows his own lusts, and whose affair (deeds) has been lost.}
[Al-Kahf: 28]

And Allāh عز وجل says:

{وَٱصْبِرْ نَفْسَكَ مَعَ ٱلَّذِينَ يَدْعُونَ رَبَّهُم بِٱلْغَدَوٰةِ وَٱلْعَشِىِّ يُرِيدُونَ وَجْهَهُۥ ۖ وَلَا تَعْدُ عَيْنَاكَ عَنْهُمْ تُرِيدُ زِينَةَ ٱلْحَيَوٰةِ ٱلدُّنْيَا ۖ}
{And keep yourself (O Muḥammadصلى الله عليه وسلم) patiently with those who call on their Rabb (i.e. your companions who remember their Rabb with glorification, praising in prayers, and other righteous deeds) morning and afternoon, seeking His Face; and let not your eyes overlook them, desiring the pomp and glitter of the life of the world;}
[Al-Kahf: 28]

Therefore, we were ordered with sitting with the righteous, good ones, sincere ones; those who seek the Face of Allāh. And the people of desires, innovations and Ḥizbīs, those are the Ḍullāl, Deviants from the straight path. They don't have tawfīq (ability) for goodness. They have things as those other than them have, and they have innovations and misguidance. So they corrupt the goodness that they have with what they introduce of innovations, Ḥizbīyyah, Taʿaṣṣub, repulsive fanaticism, having tasāhul in the Dīn and in holding onto the Kitāb and the Sunnah. And they have something of mocking Ahl al-Sunnah, lying upon them, and misrepresnting them. Therefore, they wage war against the Dīn of Allāh عز وجل. So, there is no goodness in sitting with them, or remaining with them, especially for the one who recognised Salafīyyah.

Therefore, your reading of the Qurʾān to them is from seeking knowledge, and it is not suitable that you seek knowledge from a Ḥizbī. For you to seek knowledge or read the Qurʾān to a person who is from the lay people, some one who doesn't ascribe to Ḥizbīyyah, he is himself [شأنه شأن نفسه], as they say Mastūr al-Ḥāl¹. You read Qurʾān to him, and take knowledge from him, until Allāh makes it possible for you to seek knowledge with a Salafī ʿĀlim, or Allāh makes it possible for you to do this with Salafī reciters. Nothing compares to keeping safe, for they have many doubts, attractions, and perhaps they may allure those who sit with them with things of gifts, wealth, akhlāq, smiling, and the likes, until he is affected by them and he becomes from them.

Many of the students of knowledge were trialled, and they deviated from the Sunnah and Salafīyyah, after they had studied with Ahl al-Sunnah, and they learnt with Ahl al-Sunnah, sat with Ahl al-Sunnah, benefitted from Ahl al-Sunnah; they didn't benefit from Ḥizbīs. Then, they sold what they had from goodness for a cheap price, and they joined the Ḥizbīs due to sitting, and fitnah from what they have of wealth, adornments, may Allāh preserve you.

A Message For Christians | Shaykh Abū al-Yamān ʿAdnān Bin Ḥusayn al-Maṣqarī حفظه الله ورعاه

🔸️Al-Luʾluʾ al-Atharīyyah | Atharī Pearls #11 — Saying 'Oh My God'🔸️

🔹️Al-Shaykh al-Fāḍil Abū al-Yamān ʿAdnān Bin Ḥusayn al-Maṣqarī حفظه الله ورعاه was asked:

"Is it permissible for us to say 'Oh My God'?"

🔹️The Shaykh حفظه الله ورعاه answered:

"It is not permissible due to two reasons:

1. Because the Kuffār say it and they intend by it their false deities/gods.

2. Speech in a language other than Arabic makes the intellect and Dīn deficient, as mentioned by the Scholars, رحمهم الله, from whom is Shaykh al-Islām Ibn Taymīyyah رحمه الله تعالى.

And Allāh knows best."

One does not attain salvation from Shirk, Bidaʿ, Fusūq, and disobedience, except with knowledge. Therefore, whosoever Shayṭān finds unarmed with the sword, he strives to make him fall into a calamity from those calamities, so when he follows him, the remaining becomes easy for him, until he causes him to exit the fold of Islām, except those who Allāh has mercy upon.

Imam Muhammad bin Saalih Al-Utheymeen, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: "Those that search in books to find a legislative topic, even though they may be sitting in their chairs, they have set out upon a path seeking therein knowledge, and whoever sat with a Shaykh learning from him, has set out in a path seeking therein knowledge, even though they might be sitting.

So treading upon the path splits up into two categories:

A category what's intended with it is the path which is tread upon using the feet.

And the second: is the path which leads to knowledge even if one might be sitting down.

Whoever treads upon this path, Allah will make a path to Jannah easy for him".
