Almost all you need to know about Runes Protocol

Runes Protocol is a new addition to the Bitcoin ecosystem, and offers a fresh take on fungible tokens. Runes utilizes the UTXO-based model of Bitcoin to simplify the creation and management of tokens as it allows multiple tokens to be stored in a single Bitcoin UTXO. Runes was developed by Casey Rodarmor, the creator of Ordinals Protocol, an NFT protocol also built on Bitcoin. Runes protocol focuses on simplicity, UX, and the state model that avoids unnecessary UTXOs. Runes stand out as it does not require off-chain data, or it's own token.

Runes will launch soon, coinciding with the halving.

How to participate?
1) Try to mint the first ten tokens directly. (There will be a gas war)
2) Hold NFTs or BRC-20s that will convert into Runes (aka pre-Runes projects) like RSIC, Runestone, PUPS.
