Hey D.ai.sy family! We would like to provide some clarification regarding why we didn't repost the recent global call, and let you know that we will be sending out a recorded update call next week. 

The call was an open call for all participants, and it was recorded with the intention of sharing it after, as usual.

Following the call, we received numerous private messages indicating that several topics may not have been clearly explained, resulting in confusion rather than clarity on some of the details. 

As a result, we have decided not to distribute the initial recording. Instead, we will record a new video as soon as possible that better addresses these topics and provides clearer explanations.

We have received many questions regarding compromised and lost wallets. We hope the following FAQ will be helpful:

1. I can still log in with both wallets (compromised and new). Is that okay?
   Yes, logging in from both wallets is still possible.

2. Will compromised wallets that still have access to the back office be able to request withdrawals from trading once this is possible again?
   No, compromised wallets will not have access to trading profits.

3. I cannot claim rewards such as Pacesetter, Achievers, and Unilevel from my new wallet. Why is that?
   Rewards distributed via smart contract before the wallet exchange cannot be claimed with the new wallets. It is technically not possible.

4. I had funds in my old TronLink wallet, but I don’t see them in my new one. Why is that?
   We can recover access to the Daisy back office but not to your TronLink wallet itself.

5. Will old wallets be deactivated at some point?
   To be announced (TBA).

6. My wallet has been exchanged successfully. Am I now able to purchase limitless packs?
   No, please wait until we announce officially. The new wallets have not been connected yet to the smart contract of limitless.

? Current Progress Update:

⭐️ The KYC process is completed for compromised wallets, and the wallet changes are being coded into the new smart contract. Those who went through this process will receive a confirmation email to verify your new wallet address.

⭐️ The backend software is being completed by our tech team to be ready to pay out the exits and transition in the new fund model. We will make a big update once completed.

⭐️ We are currently conducting in person meetings with our new forex brokers and liquidity providers, which will allow us lower fees, better software integration and execution, and the ability to scale in the future.

⭐️ Our Hedge Fund licensing process remains ahead of schedule, and multiple doors have opened up for us in the financial licensing arena, and we are looking forward to sharing some exciting news with the community soon.

⭐️ Comprehensive updates on the licensing progress and leverage status will be disclosed through a Zoom meeting later this week.

We commenced sending out the emails yesterday and will make an official announcement once all emails have been dispatched.

You have until May 12th, 11:59 pm UTC, to respond to the email and confirm your new wallet address.

Subsequently, all data will be transferred to the technical team, enabling them the process of coding the new smart contract, which includes the new & verified addresses.
