The Central Bank and the Treasury of the Russian Federation will test the payment of benefits in digital rubles

The Bank of Russia and the Russian Treasury are planning to test the payment of benefits in digital rubles. The experiment is reported to begin on August 25, 2025, and will last until the end of September. The specific types of benefits that will be paid are not specified.

As Interfax reports , this concerns both transfers from the state to citizens and return payments.
At the same time, the use of digital rubles will be voluntary: everyone will be able to choose how to receive pensions, salaries and benefits - in cash, on bank cards or, in the future, in digital rubles.

And yes, repeated boosters will compromise the immune system leading to V-AIDS (vaccine acquired immuno-deficiency syndrome) which will be misdiagnosed as "HIV caused AIDS", and splices of HIV in the "vaccine" mRNA spike protein coding will make it more likely for the "vaccinated" to PCR test positive for HIV, starting the new PCR pseudoepidemic of HIV false testing.

P.S.
For the record, the HIV virus and the AIDS disease are separate issues, as what was called AIDS was the result of the overdosing of the pharmaceutical "cure" called "AZT", which was instead a toxin, in pretty much the same way that the C19 "vaccine" and repeated "boosters" are toxins which make SARSCOV2 infection both more likely and worse in outcome.

As to the arrests at protests on university campuses in the USA, can you not see what is going on here?

During lockdown the "left" screamed for anti lockdown protestors to be locked up and for heavy handed policing.

During anti genocide protests now, the "right" are screaming for protestors to be locked up and for heavy handed policing.

Left. Right. Both want heavy handed policing when the protests are about something each "side" doesn't like.

Who wins?

Both lockdowns and genocide are wrong. Those protesting each say they are pro freedom. But somehow more state control is the winner from it.

People need to think more.
