A recent upgrade to Metamask has caused Metamask browser extension users to be unable to transact on the Kava Cosmos Co-Chain using EIP-712. As an immediate fix, users can downgrade their version of metamask to v11.16.16. A permanent fix will be included in a network upgrade in approximately 3 weeks. We will have further updates about the network upgrade in the coming days. Thank you.

The Kava team has an important update on the progress of BEP3 asset bridging functionality.

The code for decimal support has been released, and app.kava.io is back operational. BEP3 transfers, which stopped working on April 15th, are still the first step in updating the new bridge workflow.

The next step involves a migration on Binance's end. This migration, which was not possible to complete before the Kava 16 upgrade, is expected to be finalized by either April 28th or April 30th, according to Binance's estimates.

Once this migration is complete, the Kava team will proceed with the final configuration, including coordinating with Axelar for asset setup and going live with the new bridge.

The Kava team deeply appreciates your patience and understanding as they work on the BEP3 bridging functionality.

Also, please note that Trust Wallet's WalletConnect V2 is currently in the works and will take up to a week or two to be upgraded on the Kava app.
