Sometimes we need to make a decision: A or B. It very often happens that we can't give preference to A or B. Familiar? ? Yes, for me too...

In such situations, the rule 10/10/10 can help you. I used this rule several times, a few years ago, and want to say - it works. Using this rule I found my priorities for next years.

Every time you find yourself in a situation where there appears to be no solution that will make everyone happy, you should ask yourself three questions:

(1) What are the consequences of my decision in 10 minutes?
(2) In 10 months?
(3) And in 10 years?

You will figure out if the decision is aligned with your priorities, or maybe even discover your priorities in the process.
