regarding some mhy merch notice:

qn: some merch are instock and other ppl have it on their hand, how about mine?

ans: if there is an item in the order under po status, mhy will release the merch based on the po merch in the order despite it being instock. po merch include other merchs or the benefits being chosen for the order

qn: how long will it take for mhy to release or ship out?

ans: no definite timing, mhy warehouse can accept order but it depends on when their warehouse will finish packing and ready to ship out

qn: how come some items are not heavy but the sp are so high

ans: some merchs ordered are sensitive merchs (eg. flammable products etc) or items came in a box set or packaging (eg giftbox/figures etc), warehouse will charge extra for handling of sensitive products/ charging of volumetric weight of the box items instead of the actual weight of the box.
